  • no it doesn't correct lordosis, as there is an element of arching or extension of low back. If you view on the level you will find that exercise is more of a back flattener, but helping reduce a lordosis involves 1) making sure your hip flexors are stretched out 2) you learn how to modify your lumbar curve in both sitting and standing to reduce the lordosis. This is something best learned with hands on guidance. Good luck.
