@Ameyachamp Look, your bike weighs a couple hundred pounds, Lets say you weigh about 150-180lb. To get that much weight moving forward at "Just 10Mph" Is a lot of energy. Energy that will chew through, puncture, and grind away flesh. especially with that weight pushing you along asphalt. Most "lay down" crashes occur at low speeds, It's harder to go slow and turn then fast and straight. Not to negate the fact that most noobies usually punch the throttle, drop clutches to fast, or brake too hard.
