Your CPU is? I bet it's a dual-core one, because I have a Nvidia GeForce 8500GT with 512MB memory, but I can't run enb mod as smooth as you do (mostly 15-20 fps or so, AA/AF was all OFF).

what if i told you that my CPU is Intel Celeron and its @ 2.80 GHz.

It was released in 2004 (Prescott)

Its overheating, and my computer is REALLY slow these days. GTA San Andreas runs at everything LOW @ 5 frames per second.

anyway, i think it has something to do with the version of ENB. ill PM you the link so you could try it.

It won't work. You need a card with at least Shader 2.0. I had a Geforce4 Ti4200 (Shader 1.3) and the game crashed. I'm now using a GeForce FX5700LE (Shader 2.0),and it still lags a lot.

I didn't have the time to test things. My CPU is currently overheating, and it can't run a simple flash game. Its Intel Celeron 2.80 GHz. I always run games on lowest settings ;). Actually, I'm not sure what causes "weapon drop" lag. When I press G, the weapon stays in the air until the pistol is selected, and it unfreezes, and fells on the floor. Maybe its my CPU.
