Your windows can't display the Kanji lettering - I use Windows 7 Home Premium and I can see Japanese/Chinese and Korean lettering. It's your version of Windows and it probably doesn't have multi-language support. So basically you're making an untrue claim, the US doesn't stink. Your OS doesn't have the support needed.
