  • Should I use this stuff if I'm not having any problems with my engine, but I do have about 190,000 miles on my car, and I just want to try anything I can to make sure my car lasts as long as possible, while getting the best performance and most MPG's I can.

  • @killamanjaro306 In your case I would use Lucas oil treatment. It really quiets the car on older cars, and protects worn engine parts. I'm a big fan of Lucas as well.

  • bullshit! it fucked up my car!

just service the vehicle regularly and dont drive like a cunt.

    Cant go wrong!

  • @biggurs You sure ((( IT ))) fucked up your car? I mean your car was already in trouble to where you had to use Restore Engine Treatment right? Is it possible you may have had something else catastrophically wrong with you car? I do admit... a can of treatment won't fix a thrown rod bearing, or fix a cam bearing. And it won't make your car fast enough for formula one racing either. ;0)

  • @XX65XX people come on here saying a product didnt work when it was most likely their fault and waited till the car was beyond repair or help and blamed the product for it what happened

  • @XX65XX it will help slightly worn bearings i meant slightly not rapping and squeaking but it will replate slightly worn bearings even if i have to add the product every oil change im losing nothing because its working if it actually does something your not wasting money on it i got some bars leaks engine repair for free from a person gave me some and i tried it just for is it going to work purposes and it works also mechanically sound and working condition is the key factor

  • @biggurs really dude your blaming this product for the damage ive been using it since 2005 up till now 2012 i think you had a bad motor and was trying to help it and it went out on you anyway and you blamed the product obviously u had a problem or you wouldnt of tried it i use lucas and restore both and never had a problem like all you people who come on here are claiming the product ruins the engine and clogs it i havent had any of that happen within mechanical condition it works

  • Restore really works!

  • My 88 4runner has 241,000 miles, never burns oil. I use this stuff every single oil change. It really does work. This really is a miracle in a can.

  • @fl3xforc3r3d I agree, thanks for watching.

  • I've got a 89 300zx with 128k on it. Doesn't smoke at all so could I use this to gain some hp back or could I do more harm then good?

  • A good and positive video, it help me a lot, thanks! I will try this next time. Regards!

  • สำหรับเมืองไทย แนะนำที่ w-w-w.moible-hugger.c-o-m-

  • slowly, it got worse... FAST!

    lol

  • i just absolutely despise and hate people who come on here like faffa thinking he needs to bless us with his negative comments and know it all attitude you can tell when someone wasnt obviously raised right and has problems i doubt he ever got a belt across his ass when he was a kid and needed it and it shows to boy i sure did i got my ass busted good if i acted half the way faffa does but i never acted that way ever i never had that kind of outlook on things

  • I think a lot of "naysayers" don't actually follow the directions. That being said, obviously some additives ARE still pretty useless. It's good to see vids like this where someone has not only reviewed a product, but used it properly and actually knows what they're talking about. I have used this product myself on some beat up old Hondas and I DID notice the difference immediately. The improvement didn't last "forever" but certainly lasted past the next oil change. Thanks for posting!

  • @nightmathzombieethan thats why you use it every oil change nothing is permanent and for $1.00 a can here where i live i got nothing to lose except one dollar if it doesnt work on a certain motor and if it does work its worth putting out the dollar every oil change just to have the improvement the treatment is repeatable i do it every oil change a can of restore every oil change i dont hesitate i had a small amount of blue smoke a very little and was burning oil now zilch and been 2 years now

  • @nightmathzombieethan and i agree with you 100 percent there are useless additives out there that do nothing that dont even help or make a difference im glad your on here with positive feedback instead of negative like that faffa dude always leaves i hate negative people who all they know is negativity if you look at faffas page he has hatred and gangster stuff and always leave negative feedback everywhere people like that are useless to me theres a certain line as to how far u go he goes overit

  • Basically you should avoid this stuff like the can contained a deadly virus.

  • ON A PATHFINDER 2003 WILL IT HURT THE ENGINE , BECAUSE NISSAN IS VERY PARTICULAR AGAINT ADDITIVES BECAUSE OF THE TIMING CHAIN TENSIONERS

  • @sanata2001 If you go to the Restore Engine Treatment web site they will let you know.... I don't work for Restore.... Also, your car should have at least 50,000 miles on it. Don't use this product if you have lower miles then that. Better safe than sorry. Restore claims it can be used on almost anything safe... I have never had anything but great luck with it...

  • Guys......Guys........I AM THE ONE THAT SAYS I DON'T USE RESTORE ENGINE TREATMENT WITH SYNTHETIC! Many people on here have, and the company says it's fine. I always thought Synthetic was slicker. It's not....It only hold up longer... Synthetic use to hold 7000 miles per oil change... Now they claim 25,000... I don't trust that. Standard oil 3000 miles per oil change.

  • The scratches that are being talked about are the honing scratches, there gone after the cylinder and ring pass those horizontal scratches 8 billion times a second, creating a smooth broke in cylinder wall... It's for break in (the honing scratches). After the car is past break in and mileage adds on, we get contaminant scratches that are vertical in the cylinder wall. Those scratches won't hold oil, they create micro rivers of oil that will pass the rings with oil & gas, creating blow by.

  • It's the same thing that goes on with disc brakes, they come with scratches brand new to help the pad break in, after a coupe of miles and hard braking we get new scratches going with the grain making the disc brake looking like a music record. If we only had Restore Engine Treatment for our brakes...lol.... Lighten up dudes... It's just a discussion. ;0)

  • @XX65XX hey man i found a video to make faffa see were not lying i have to direct his attention to this car before and after restore sounds heard and shown he cant argue with this it even shows the synthetic royal purple their using with it so he cant argue the video was rigged or sum shit like that or keep cranking the dam generator shit this guy shows before and after 300zx Lifter Noise look that up xx56 i think you will be surprised at the racket that engine was making and after restore none

  • @XX65XX Well if that was true (that intentional "scratching" caused by honing) was undesirable why does every engine rebuilding manual tell you to "Break the Glaze" by putting a crosshatch pattern in the cylinders WHETHER OR NOT YOU REPLACE THE RINGS and/or pistons during the rebuild? Engines smoke and develop rough idle when the cylinders get out of round. When this happens you must replace the bottom end, although the heads may be good. You don't wan't to gunk everything up and ruin the heads.

  • @faffaflunkie Engine re builders put the cross hatch scratches and break the blaze to do exactly what you said, (Allow oil to hold at the cylinder wall longer, but to also set the rings faster) Once broke in, the scratches are gone. Over time and long miles and oil break down particles scratch and even pit the cylinder walls. The Restore Engine Treatment works well on the scratches. As far as gum build up I have seen none under the valve covers. Clean as could be.. Isn't like bars leak.

  • @XX65XX "Bar's Leak" and "AlumiSeal" products are DESIGNED to clog-and wouldn't work otherwise. You are referring to parts of engine rebuilding-the period of "break in" and "Deglazing" or Depolishing" (if you don't re bore the block). In the case of an engine with new rings, the rings must be "seated". This is accomplished mostly by driving the piss out of the motor in the first 500 mi. Honing only knocks off the high spots. When the "grooves" are polished out that's when the oil burning starts.

  • @robbie1674563 I know it's about feedin' time for the goat so I'll make it a fast explanation. Engines are DESIGNED with imperfections in the walls of each cylinder. This is so the engine will hold oil in the vertical position. Cylinders "burn" (traditionally, for instance, GM cylinders 6-7) when the holes get out of round. This stuff (Restore), if it works at all, DEFEATS the purpose of the original manufacturing process. Now go back to your trailer before it blows away.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @robbie1674563 Thank you for taking time off from milking the goat to answer. An engine has minute GROOVES cut into the walls of the CYLINDERS that hold oil and LUBRICATE THE PISTONS. This crap cannot work BECAUSE IT IS AGAINST THE LAWS OF PHYSICS AND WORKS CONTRARY TO THE DESIGN OF ALL GASOLINE AND DIESEL ENGINES. It is NORMAL for a worn engine to have one or two cylinders at 130 psi or less and WILL NOT NOTICEABLY AFFECT PERFORMANCE. Do not pour anything into your engine THAT WILL CLOG IT UP.

  • Comment removed

  • @robbie1674563 You just do not know anything about engines. If you did you would never put anything in the oil that would clog the tiny lubrication passages in the crankshaft, camshaft or oil gallery. If you use this stuff with every oil change (as you say to do) when it seizes and you tear apart the engine, you will find so much gunk that you will have to throw the whole mess away instead of simply replacing the bottom or top end. Give the 56k dial-up modem a rest and pick up a repair manual.

  • @faffaflunkie 31 yeras old and jumping from page to page blessing us with your knowledge? I noticed you only leave negative comments on all your pages, and like racist posters. And your screen name with flunkie in it? I have used this stuff, as you havent... And why reading about oil treatment>? You guys amaze me... I know nothing about engines? You don't know me... Your opinion is fine... But you have to insult people to get your point across... Keep typing... but show your intelligents..

  • @XX65XX Well if you weren't busy hand cranking the generator for electricity you could have actually WATCHED THE VIDEO. First of all the guy says DO NOT USE SYNTHETIC LUBRICANTS with "Restore". Secondly, "Restore" CANNOT WORK BY "FILLING IN THE SCRATCHES" in the engine block as that ("scratches") is how oil is suspended in the VERTICAL position internally inside the cylinders. When the engine wears, after about 130,000 miles, you MAY use a thicker oil-but that may or may not make any difference.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @robbie1674563 Hey, stop looking at the goat and pay attention. The video states "do not use synthetic lubricants". That is how I know you are full of shit and never actually used this stuff. You, like most inbred mutants, do not understand a cylinder wall is not "smooth". An engine is manufactured with minute "scratches" machined in the cylinder wall. This is to hold oil in the vertical position. The oil then seals as well as cools the engine. "Filling Scratches" with crap is counterproductive.

  • Comment removed

  • @robbie1674563 Well you are going to Hell anyway for your bestial thoughts so there is nothing for you to lose to watch the video. The video clearly states NOT TO USE SYNTHETIC OIL. So we now know you are a liar and full of shit. Go pretend you are a tough guy and not a lover of barn creatures. Maybe at a joke store you will find a can full of snakes, but Chuck Norris and roundhouse kicks do not come in a can. You are an idiot.

  • Comment removed

  • @robbie1674563 Well, was I right about you living in squalor? I guess you didn't turn the handle of the generator quick enough as the single, bare light bulb in your crapshack did not adequately illuminate the wording on the can. The can could be telling you to pour the stuff into your ass-crack, for all we know. WATCH THE VIDEO. The guy (who says he uses the stuff) says NOT TO USE SYNTHETIC OIL with this garbage. At least you had the good sense not to show your ugly face or your beat up car.

  • @robbie1674563 Restore Engine Treatment has now been running in my 93 mustang 5.0 for the past 2 years now and it's never run better with 128,000 miles on it. I burn next to no oil, exhaust doesn't smoke with blue smoke anymore. Engine idle is smooth, and oil pressure is great. I've saved 5 peoples cars with this stuff. It really works. If it doesn't, the car was beyond repair to begin with. But if it's worn rings, this is the way to go.

  • @XX65XX We used to call crap like this "Mexican in a can".

  • i have a 96 crown vic and you cant see smoke but u can smell it and i cant pass it thru inspection....do sumbody kno da problem?

  • @hotb5y Sometimes when you smell the oil/gas but see no smoke it's running rich, too much fuel, tune up may help. Sometimes it's burning oil and it does smoke but only on the highway and you can't see it. Have a buddy follow you and push the gas on the highway and I bet your buddy will see smoke. Restore will definetly help this problem. If the car has over 50,000 miles which I'm sure it does, adding restore will only help the engine get it's compression back and smooth the idle.

  • @XX65XX somebody told me it mite be bad gas yesterday cuz wen im on da highway its missing...it be feeln like im about 2 run outta gas but it was a half a tank in der

  • @hotb5y Bad gas can cause your problem, or old gas. Run it as long as you can and use up the fuel you have and get a fresh tank of the highest octane you can get, Here in florida it's 93 octane. I've tested fuel injector cleaners and slick 50 & Lucas make the best. I have had great results with both of them. Try running a bottle of that and run the car hard a few times.

  • I used engine restore in my car and I got a miss ... idk but engine restore isnt looking too probable to me.... i'm leaning towards seafoam....

  • @PongSanity Sounds like your rings may be really worn. Replace plugs, and run it...It will stop burning oil in 500 miles...

  • @PongSanity Sounds like your rings may be really worn. Replace plugs, and run it...It will stop burning oil in 500 miles...

  • both times when i used engine restore, it fouled my spark plugs... anything to say about that?

  • Comment removed

  • @robbie1674563 Well said robbie, I also don't work for Restore, I wouldn't tell people this stuff works if it didn't. If people would listen to my boring video, and give it a try, they would notice it too. There are some cars that are to far gone... That happens. But if your car is worn, and has high mileage and or abuse this stuff works. I've done compression tests that prove it.. And it's not a thick oil additive, It's actually thin like you said. I love this stuff.

  • @cameramonkey2 You got me on that one...I'm not much of a commentator...I try.... ;0)

  • I've actually run Restore with Valvoline full synthetic oil in my saturn L200 with a new engine (when I got the new engine the compression sucked, I couldn't accelerate worth a damn and a compression test showed it was less than 80% of what it should be on most cylinders). I found out about restore and put it in with the valvoline and shes running so much better I've actually spun the tires in dry weather on a level road (not intentially but I don't regret it).

  • i hav a chevy g20 with 220,000 miles on i was 10w40 i was told i should switch2 20w50 and add sum of this. i want 2 switch 2 syne what would u do

  • @nexxboss I have had great luck going with 20w50 and restore.... Some people use straight weight 40hd, so the oil is thicker all the time....straight 40weight in the summer, and straight 30 weight in the winter with a can of restore... Good luck

  • Comment removed

  • Hey Guys: Just recently i tried Engine Restore because my engine was using oil on my 96'Geo metro that has 192K, miles and with an oil change of 20-50 wt. none synthetic oil, and i have to say the stuff works. The engine idle was great and after few minutes the torque power was restored. This is some awesome stuff in a can. Try it you'll thank me for it! RayDman!

  • You have an internal engine problem. The car will start smoking again soon. "Restore" doesn't do anything except clog your engine.

  • @faffaflunkie I agree with you to a point, but most people that may have a rare car, or one they can't afford to rebuild, this is the way to go... so many people I knew that used this stuff were ready to junk their cars when they saw the repair bills, from $500.00 to glue together or a total rebuild of $3,000 - $8,000 for new engine or rebuild. They added Restore Engine Treatment and still running after 3 years with no smoke. The trick is to add it every oil change.

People like you are the worst kind of idiot. Go back to your trailer with the one bare light bulb and the goat tied up in the back.

  • Restore Works!

I had many Cars that started to burn oil because of worn cylinders .

Restore stopped much/most of the consumption.

If in the future - engine overheats for other reasons - reapply restore.

  • Note:

If oil is burning because of worn valve seals -

Restore is not the product to take care of that problem -

You can restore AND add a motor honey (STP) to care for both problems

  • Got a question for someone,I have a 2001 Ford F-150,just turned 95,000 miles,I am the second owner of this truck,as it had 23,000 when we bought it.I dedicatedly changed my oil every 3,000 miles up till now.Just a few days ago I changed it as usual and decided to add a can of Engine Restore to it,and I did substitute it for 1 quart.Man I gotta tell ya what a HUGE difference in accleration and good idle, the next day a puff of white smoke came out for 2 secs, anyone know what it maybe?

  • @GMurphSC06GT Could be anything from worn rings, valve springs, head gasket....Blue smoke is oil... White smoke is water (steam). Black smoke is fuel... to rich mixture.

  • Has anyone used Tuff oil engine treatment? I just ordered some....SX4 50k miles.

  • WILL IT WORK WITH A ENGINE THAT CAN ONLY USE A 5W30 WEIGHT OIL BECAUSE OF THE TIGHT SPECS ON IT ?

  • @ABCDEFIHIJK Yes, it works with all weight oil...I like to use it with heavier oil in case valve seals are leaking. But some engines can't handle the heavier oil weight.

  • Comment removed

  • @ABCDEFIHIJK If your car consumes oil that would indicate that the "specs" are not "tight". You may start to use 15w-40 truck oil or (above about 45F degrees) a straight weight motor oil. Forget any product which promises to be a "Mechanic in a can".

  • Drain your oil, insall new oil filter, Here is the important part, shake the can, make sure you get all the product out of the can, If you pour it in your car and there is more settled at the bottom of can, add your oil to the can, stir it, and pour all the product in the ingine. Watch your oil level when re filling oil back in the car, restore almost takes up for 1 quart of oil. So keep checking dipstick as you fill. DON'T OVER FILL. hot or cold this can be done. Now drive.. Thanks ;0)

  • Hey, how would i use this product? is there some sort of process when putting using this product? as in letting the car warm up then, then turn off. n put in the RESTORE? or as the car is cool? Thank you.

  • @joshuatelex

Best if its done w/ oil & filter change

(add 1 can restore instead of 1 quart of oil)

Drive car at least 5-10 miles

  • can i use this with locas heavy duty oil stabilizer? or one of these at a time

  • in other words for my next oil change use conventional oil & Restore restorer & for my very next oil change return to synthetic

  • @Flakosowavyy Restore says you can use it with synthetic oil, they only don't recommend you using Restore with other aditives. My opinion, most synthetics are very thin and won't aid in stopping oil getting by the rings. Give it a try...then post your results. I have not personnaly tried it. Good luck... Thank for watching.

  • i have a 93 civic & i curently used Bredhal's Stop Smoke + Leak liquid it worked right away but its just a thick additive that thickens oil so it doesnt seep through places , i want to know if i can use this product & for my next oil change return to synthetic

  • @robbie1674563 I don't know about the 70w racing oil, I use to use it years ago on a big block 442 w-30 Olds. 20w-50 should be hevy enough, unless you experiment. Some cars can't circulate that heavy of an engine oil, and with it getting colder real soon it will do more damage than good.

  • Hey robbie, Glad to hear that the restore worked on something. As far as the lawn mower goes, it's just a play toy for ya, so try 70w racing oil with Restore. You have nothing to lose at this point.....Thanks for the info.

  • my 91 4.3 started smoking a few weeks after i was beating on it a little bit. figured i'd try this stuff and am hoping it will help out in the next few miles, i only have a few miles on it so far.

  • @Speedy2222 It should help, give it some time to work...good luck.

  • @Speedy2222 Did your car ever stop smoking? Give us a shout, Like to here if it helped.

  • hello could restore be perfect for a r.v motorhome 450engine, it has a little smoke problem, and where can i find restore

  • @chris60810 Ok, use the V-8 Size can of restore, it can be found at walmart, autozone, NAPA, or any good parts store. good luck.

  • when you mix this because it said to mix, afterwards after u mix it, does the color turn into a blue color?

  • @kuningmuda ...YES..I believe it is blueish... If you see some stuff left at the bottom of the can after pouring it out, just put some of your engine oil in the can and stir with a screw driver or mixing stick and pour in the engine.

  • @XX65XX : okay thanks. and does it make any difference on your car's performance maybe? like faster pulls and better gas mileage?

  • @kuningmuda Smoother idle, and more power.

  • @XX65XX oh okay. that's good.

  • i have a 1986 subaru gl i just did a leak down test and it brought to my atention that my rings are leaking real bad my car runs real ruff i heard from my neighbor that swears up and down this stuff works but i have no other choice but to try this stuff out i hope it works or a engine swap to a bigger engine might just have to happen soon haha its a 1.8l if it doesnt work ill be going to a 2.2l ill let you know...

  • @bmxkidrider1 ...LET US KNOW HOW IT WORKED! TAKES 500 MILES, A FEW EACH DAY..I have been in your shoe's, got another 100,000 out of a car that was smoking with 75,000 miles on it....compression was restored on cylinder 7 and 8. No more smoke. Good luck...make sure to get all the product out of the can...don't scape the settled stuff into you motor, just add more oil to the can and stir it up and pour it back in.

  • My brother had a 1985 Chevy half ton truck with 200,000 miles on it. It was smoking and rough running. He used one can of Restore and drove the truck till it was wrecked at 378,000 miles. Apparently, you have had the same kind of success. I'm going to use it in an old tractor I have that is burning oil. Will keep you posted.

  • @bubbaluverman I love hearing these stories, the can can help a lot of people if they just follow the instructions..With today's economy it can be a life saver...It's better than buying another car for thousands of dollars.. Restore always works for me!

  • was gonna get this but the ZMAX caught my eye in pepboys!!!

  • @sapher2020 I don't know much about ZMAX. Most engine treatments are to protect from wear, Restore is mostly for worn cars that need help. I made a huge mistake when my car was a quart low and I had Dura Lube in my engine, I didn't have a quart of oil but did have an extra quart of Dura lube, so I added it to the car and it started smoking 3 weeks later. Huge mistake on my part thinking 2 quarts of dura lube would be ok.. Restore fixed the problem.

  • Thanks for the insight my Brother. I bought Lucas additive, but I didn't put in my Tracker because I researched it after I listened to a friend who told me to buy it. I will try Restore and I will make sure to follow all of your careful steps. I will make sure to check the bottom of the can too.

    -James

  • @jamesjci , I'm almost sure you will love this product...I love it....and if used right works great! Good luck too ya....Thanks for watching.

  • I have sold engine restore at a NAPA auto part store for many years and restore is one of the few products that is NOT snake oil.We have many regular users including my fellow employees.

  • bro engine restorer does work on my 88 s10 blazer it stop smoking!!!! and idle way to good!

im gonna try the Fuel Restorer to clean the whole process of fuel and will run way better :)!!!

  • is it ok to use it with 10w-30 mobil-1?

  • @verdugo83 Yes you can run restore with any grade engine oil, they say for synthetic too. Though I would stick with normal engine oil.. But that's just my opinion. I never tested it with synthetic.

  • Engine Restore, SeaFoam, B12 Chemtool, Marvel Mystery Oil, BarsLeak Rear Main Seal Repair. Snake Oil? Maybe, maybe not, but the thing to remember is simple: When someone is considering these things, they are looking at an expensive repair. Maybe not ASAP, but they will be sooner or later. Now, if these products work or work for a little while, then hey - it's buying time until you can repair. The way to stop using snake oil? Meticulous care, luck and preventive maintenance with quality parts.

  • @thajeeper Well said... Marvel mystery oil I love for freeing up locked up engines. I have unlocked 2 people's weed eaters and two engine blocks (V-8) and one evenrude engine...Just poured it in the cylinder head (spark plug hole) and turned the engine over.

  • @robbie1674563 With the 70w racing oil that will help things out, I have heard about people claiming they had a little rod knock and the thicker oil with restore helped out. The big thing with Restore Engine Treatment is to get all the product out of the can. I made that mistake 15 years ago, and I also said the product didn't work like many claim, only it was me not getting all the product out of the can. It does settle. Thanks for the responce.

  • I used it on my Nissa Murrano And it smoothed the idle out big time.

  • @2LateIWon Yes, That's the big thing that most people notice. Glad you had luck with it.

  • i got a 95 tahoe it has 200,000 miles and it smokes really bad it has a rough idle when it gets warm and the oil pressure drops to 20 when warm does the engine restore bring the oil pressure back up

  • @tanksor It sounds like your using a thin oil. Try Restore and 20w-50 of your favorite oil. Change the oil and filter, not sure if it will help oil pressure, but it will stop the smoking in about 200 miles. You don't have to drive it all 200 miles in one day. You will notce the car running quiet, and smoother idle once the scratches are taken out with retore...Try it! You have nothing to lose but $8.00 small pric eto pay if it all works. Good luck.

  • How would you use this on a motorbike? My motorbike uses only about 1 quart of 20w-50 synthetic oil. I assume stir it up completely, and only use 1/5 the volume, as a typical car uses 5quarts of oil as opposed to 1 for a motorbike. Also one grade heavier oil from 20w-50 would be like 10w-40?

  • @cobrachoppergirl ...the mixture sounds about right. Stay with your 20w-50..it's thicker oil than 10w-40. The higher the numbers the thicker the oil. Good luck.

  • im going to try it and then il do a video response for you man :D! on a 88 s10 blazer that has 175,012 miles lol

i think my compression is low the idle takes a while also thou but il give it a try and let you know coming soon ; )

  • I have a 2.4L DOHC 2000 Chrysler Cirrus with just over 200K km, just starting to show signs of losing compression.

Two days ago, I added some RESTORE, and did my normal driving (about 80%-20 highway-city), about 100km per day (62 miles). I noticed a difference almost immediately (added the restore when the engine was already hot, so maybe that helped). I have to be careful to not run into the back of the slow accelerators in front of me again.

  • Rod knock....Oh no...nothing is going to fix that but a rebuild....So sorry....

  • this is the only product I purchase for any car. The rest just eats your wallet. This saves your car.

Increases mileage and performance, it really is what is claims to be.

  • This is crazy!! It actually works no bullshit!! I put this in my car it has 200,000 miles on it with a 3100 V6 and it like new. I remember before i put it in, it sometimes wouldnt accelerate like it should when i was on the highway doing about 50mph trying to get up to 70mph it would accelerate very slow. i put this in and put 200 miles or so it doesnt have that problem anymore. good stuff!

  • Glad to hear we have another car running better with Restore Engine Treatment. Good deal, glad it worked!

  • Hey dwayne2banks, you may also want to use a product called Seafoam through your upper intake(this will help alot too). Generally you use a third of a can through your pcv line. There are vids that show you how to do it.

  • Okay I'm a try that. Thanks!

  • @dwayne2banks y sure it works i wouldnt be on here saying it did if it didnt like you i have no reason to lie if it didnt work id be saying it didnt work instead of i had great results my car has 203,598 miles and the same engine as yours 3.1 v6 in a 1994 pontiac grand am

  • used it on synthetic oil...... it worked
