@dds12345res: The "ditty" was a quick and dirty example with nothing but that patch I created... no tricks. The patch IS effected by velocity, which triggers the filter cutoff depending on how hard you hit it. Give it a try!

Sounds awesome! In the dubstep ditty you wrote, did you do additional automation besides your modwheel programming? For example, cutoff and such.
