@bestykid1. yeah i sais aziz. hes had a couple of quality solo albums out and is still touring.obviously he could never replace john but he is a great guitarist. reni hasnt produced any music since he left the roses which is why i didnt mention him.

@joewithers10 i know exactly how long aziz was in the stone roses for. I followed the Roses activities religiously when they were together. But Aziz played in loads of bands before The Roses like Asia and Simply Red(!) to name a few. He is rightly regarded as an amazing guitarist by those in the know. Its no coincidence some of Ian's Best tunes were written with Aziz and Aziz's solo albums are class. Check em out!
