  • "Not as depressing as Eastenders."

  • love it

  • Judy: If your parents don't join in it means they dont love you!

    Haha such bribery!

  • In drama the teacher was talking about punch and Judy and how it used to be funny when Mr Punch beat his wife and the baby. its actually quite good

  • Thing I love about this performance is that it's up to date (in terms of PC jokes and laughing at itself) but at the same time the characters seem to have not changed at all (especially Punch). Brilliant show =)

  • Wow this is Cool Im learning about Them In Drama class beause we are learning about Puppets

  • O_O when i was little i never noticed the violence but i guess "that's the way to do it"

  • i am baby sitting

  • ''That's the way to do it!'' That bit ALWAYS cracks me up xD, I love Punch And Judy, you're NEVER too old for it! :P I also love the dog and the crocodile :D I remember when my drama group did a summer fayre and Punch And Judy were there xD and I dragged my boyfriend to see it, :)

  • I saw one in margate with a crocodile it was fun

  • I laughed my arse off at the wrong hat bit. This and the Christmas panto are traditions that are really odd out of context. xD

  • Kids: Hes sat On the baby

    Judy: Bardon

Kids HE SAT ON THE BABY

  • funny

  • Wonder how many times he's swallowed his swazzle!

  • ha!!! my mate mark poulton from weymouth

  • Lovely timing. I'd love to be a punch and Judy professor and this is the level to aspire to!

  • @jackiunder Better than the rest I've seen on Youtube... Either the Professors are not very good or the auidences don't interact as much as they should.

  • Yes this is an excellent show, well worth uploading. A pity the performer doesn't seem to be credited. I think it is Prof Mark Poulton of Weymouth.

  • At 5:00 the boy is actually yelling "You're wearing the wong hat" to the policeman. Little kids don't sound the "r" or replace it with a "w" sound. For example, when Joey asks later what is big, green & has lots of teeth, the kids all shout "a cwocadile!" Quite charming, really.

  • @BILLYE77 Oops... lol! Thankyou.

  • LOL! I love the only boy yelling: "You're wearing your wide hat!"

  • I guess i need to be in a bigger city.. love old traditions like this and i believe kids love freaky puppets regardless of how much it may scare them

  • @Frizzurd "Freaky" puppets!? Speak for yourself. I had a casette tape with a black and white Punch and Judy on it and I loved it to death even though I couldn't understand what was being said because the recording was so muffled! Never occured to me that the puppets were weird looking until I hit my teens!

  • we should have these in the United States

  • @Frizzurd We do,, SOME parents here think a traditonal show such as this is TOO violent,, yet they allow thier kids to watch crap cartoons like "Family Guy" and other similar on Cartoon Network

  • classic

  • Not only is it better. Let me assure you this is one of the best there is.

  • saw one in horsham it was shit this is a lot better
