i like this guy, but in this video first he says "we've always said this was a circumstantial case" and then 2 minutes later he says "this case has always boiled down to the forensic evidence".."this is a case of forensic evidence ..it has always been and always will be a battle of the experts"...so which is it???

I think that what he is saying is that the case is circumstanial, but alot of the evidence is forensic. it is the forensic evidence that has to be put together like a big puzzle to help see the big picture. I cannot see how Casey would ever get away with this, unless there is some bizzare technicality where the judge has no choice but to dismiss the case. I think Bozo is such a bad lawyer, that this senario is a possibility.....
