It's a track from the Original Sound Track of You, Me and Everyone We Know by Micheal Andrews, who did all (except a few) of the songs on the record.
This invidual one is called, appropriately enough, "Fuck".

I llisten to a lot of music, so I don't say this lightly, but I highly reccomend it, one of my favourite film sounttracks ever, a little, under-heard, modern masterpiece...
