Everyone leaves out Building 7, the third tower that fell on 9/11. It wasn't hit by a plane, it sustained mild fire damage from burning debris that fell from the twin towers. It fell at free-fall speeds into its own footprint...which can only happen if the key structural points are taken out simultaneously. When Neils Harritt & his team of scientists/engineers confirmed the presence of nano-thermite in the rubble of the WTC site they published a scientific paper that was later distributed by the We Are Change 9/11 group to all 535 members of Congress. You can see some of these congressmen like Barney Frank literally running away from having to confront people with a legitimate cause.

If you did you would know that he & his team discovered a powerful new explosive with the characteristics of what could only be considered 'super' or 'nano' thermite in the rubble of the WTC.
Page 26 reveals something called 'impulse management' which can maximize the explosive capacity of the thermite while minimizing its noise level which should adequately answer your question of why more explosions weren't heard.

However, the fact is that there was no confirmation of nano thermite, only elements that reminded them of it that made them conclude the chips were of thermitic material. I would hope that more samples are analyzed and more tests are done that show the same results before we conclude nano thermite blew up 110 stories.
You still haven't answered my question about why so much nanothermite would be needed when you believe that the airliners' impact and their fuel load alone could bring down the Towers!

-Why didn't all of it explode instantly after impact?

If, as you've said before, the dual phenomena of fuel & impact supplied by the fuel laden airliners were enough to bring down both Towers then why are you also making the claim that many tons of nano-thermite would also be needed to do the same when the impact and jet fuel were enough by themselves?

The point of collapse is where the plane struck, and does not look like a controlled demolition at all, where the entire structure falls in on itself. It is also quite easy to see flashes as explosives are activated, and using thermite would not change that.
I guess that you didn't know that the NIST said that both Towers maintained structural integrity after both airliner impacts.
According to the Towers' maintenance engineer, Frank De Martini, the buildings were constructed to withstand MULTIPLE airplane hits and easily survive.
Just compare the size of the airliners and their fuel load with the enormity of the Towers and you'll immediately realize the foolishness of believing the official govt story.

That energy would easily destroy hundreds of floors.

How can the pancake theory (which has now been DISAVOWED by the NIST) be possible since neither of the Twin Towers' floors were 'pancaked' one on top of the other?

The big pancake theory that experts agree on is that the actual collapse was where the planes hit, and those top floors above the impact on crashed down on the floors below. Not one floor on top of another, 12 and 26 floors on top of one.
All you have to do is watch the collapse up close of either of the two Towers (although the one for the N Tower is much more graphic) to see that the Towers AREN'T collapsing on one another- the floors, instead, are being wiped out several floors at a time.
You have to finally ask yourself:
Who do I believe? The supporters of the govt version of the Towers' collapses or my own lying eyes?!!

The speed at which the building collapsed would have meant one floor was being wiped out by the floors above it about every .1 second (do the math with the collapse time). You don't see several floors explode, then suddenly another several floors, then another, etc. Where were the explosive charges on every several floors? Where are the flashes?

@adamrosemead1 I don't see floors exploding either I should mention. The point of collapse which follows all the way down until the building was completely gone, is hidden by a thick cloud of smoke. The top 12 floors cannot be held any longer, and plummet into the floors below the plane impact. Momentum and gravity carry it all the way down, and quite smoothly.
If it was a top down controlled demolition in the way you described it, it would have been ridiculously easy to see and hear explosions

The kinetic energy of the falling tower, not including the plane damage, fires from combustible material, etc., is about 1.1 trillion joules. You don't see 110 story buildings collapsing every day, hence why you probably think bombs are necessary.

Jim Hoffman has speculated that other explosives were also used in conjunction with NT. These might account for the explosions heard
They did not conclusively say "OH THIS THING IS NANOTHERMITE 100% NOW WE KNOW IT BROUGHT DOWN THE WTC". The investigation was done quite some time after 911. They didn't actually confirm that the material was nano thermite - the materials reminded them of nano thermite and its properties.

You're so busy trying to prove that bringing down the Towers is so complex that you forget that randomly sprayed jet fuel (primarly kerosene) has an even less chance of doing what an explosive like NT was designed to do.

Jet fuel just explains the explosions heard more plausibly than nano thermite. Most conspiracy theorists I've heard however (including Steven Jones) believe nano termite can cut through perimeter steel. It can't, and would never be able to do much at all to cause a 110 story building to fall.

It is actually in fact extremely probable that large amounts of jet fuel made it through the stairwells all the way into the lower floors. Not all "explosions" were caused by jet fuel either - there were electrical explosions, heavy objects crashing down, etc.

@cobone2 You have to realize that most of the debris ended up inside the building, and as a result much of the jet fuel actually went down through places like elevator shafts and stairways before it was even ignited - that simple experiment assumes that somehow all of the jet fuel was ignited before the impact even happened, which makes it flawed.
In 1945 a very small plane, a B-25, full of jet fuel smashed into the Empire State Building, and jet fuel made it to the lobby before exploding. :O

Everyone leaves out Building 7, the third tower that fell on 9/11. It wasn't hit by a plane, it sustained mild fire damage from burning debris that fell from the twin towers. It fell at free-fall speeds into its own footprint...which can only happen if the key structural points are taken out simultaneously. Plus, no steel framed buildings have ever collapsed because of fire and many have burned longer and hotter than Building 7. Real truthers don't talk motives, players or politics.

There was a photograph of the damage to nearby buildings just after the N. Tower collapsed. In the distance beyond the buildings heavily damaged by the N Tower's collapse you can see WTC7 standing, seemingly untouched by the N Tower's collapse.

When Neils Harritt & his team of scientists/engineers confirmed the presence of nano-thermite in the rubble of the WTC site they published a scientific paper that was later distributed by the We Are Change 9/11 group to all 535 members of Congress. You can see some of these congressmen like Barney Frank literally running away from having to confront people with a legitimate cause.

If you did you would know that he & his team discovered a powerful new explosive with the characteristics of what could only be considered 'super' or 'nano' thermite in the rubble of the WTC.

The speed at which the building collapsed would have meant one floor was being wiped out by the floors above it about every .1 second (do the math with the collapse time). @adamrosemead1 "backlash" should not even matter to a person exposing the greatest mass murder in history. Why would so many conspiracy "theorists" on the internet be totally unafraid of backlash, and yet architects and engineers would not be? Harder to explain, perhaps.

@adamrosemead1 I don't see floors exploding either I should mention. The point of collapse which follows all the way down until the building was completely gone, is hidden by a thick cloud of smoke. The top 12 floors cannot be held any longer, and plummet into the floors below the plane impact. Momentum and gravity carry it all the way down, and quite smoothly.
If it was a top down controlled demolition in the way you described it, it would have been ridiculously easy to see and hear explosions

Sorry, "Smart", but if the collapse went as you apparently think that it did there should be a pile of crumpled steel and broken concrete reaching hundreds of feet into the air.
There isn't.
According to the firefighters and others at the actual scene of devastation at the WTC site there was little more than very small pieces of anything left with almost everything being PULVERIZED.
Even some steel beams had been partially VAPORIZED. From what? What supplied the energy?

Where did they say those pieces were SMALL? Have you seen the picture of the Globe at the WTC, surrounded by giant pieces of metal left over? The Globe is 15 ft wide - many pieces of steel were 3-4 times that long.

The kinetic energy of the falling tower, not including the plane damage, fires from combustible material, etc., is about 1.1 trillion joules. You don't see 110 story buildings collapsing every day, hence why you probably think bombs are necessary.

According to PhD chemist, Neils Harritt, and his team discovered a new radical explosive seldom found outside military labs, nano-thermite (NOT to be confused with the incendiary, thermite) in & around the WTC site. Whereas standard explosives had to be set in locations for better effect, nano-thermite could be sprayed anywhere in the building. Jim Hoffman has speculated that other explosives were also used in conjunction with NT. These might account for the explosions heard

They did not conclusively say "OH THIS THING IS NANOTHERMITE 100% NOW WE KNOW IT BROUGHT DOWN THE WTC". The investigation was done quite some time after 911. They didn't actually confirm that the material was nano thermite - the materials reminded them of nano thermite and its properties.

And not only has thermite never been used in a controlled demolition, it would have been absolutely incredible if nanothermite could cut the steel columns in the WTC. Along with that, nanothermite is still highly developmental. It cannot demolish 110 story buildings.

So, you believe that airliners loaded with less than half the amount of fuel that they could carry (9/11 Commission Report pg 4) could bring down the Twin Towers BUT if nanothermite were added to the mix then you would need "ridiculous" amounts of it to bring down the Towers?
In other words (yours) planes with fuel would be able to bring down the Towers given the combination of fuel & impact.

You're so busy trying to prove that bringing down the Towers is so complex that you forget that randomly sprayed jet fuel (primarly kerosene) has an even less chance of doing what an explosive like NT was designed to do.

@adamrosemead1 I never said that the jet fuel could destroy perimeter columns. It was the jet fuel fires weakening the steel that caused the building to collapse. Jet fuel just explains the explosions heard more plausibly than nano thermite. Most conspiracy theorists I've heard however (including Steven Jones) believe nano termite can cut through perimeter steel. It can't, and would never be able to do much at all to cause a 110 story building to fall.

@adamrosemead1 So in other words, jet fuel is one plausible way to explain the explosions heard (which did do some damage) and a jet fuel explosion is more destructive than thermite, since it arguably sets things on fire more easily. Jet fuel explosions did not cause the building to collapse, it was primarily the massive inferno and huge commercial airliner smashing into the building.
Nano thermite could not have destroyed 110 story buildings, and if you propose another explosive, get evidence.

Unless the 9/11 Commission lied to us when compiling their report, the airliners that hit the Twin Towers carried no than 11,400 gallons of fuel, most of which can be seen on video EXPLODING OVER THE STREETS OF NEW YORK UPON IMPACT!
How much fuel was there to explode again or "pour" down the buildings?
These buildings were ea constructed with 98 million kilos of high grade steel which is equal to approx 105,600 TONS!!
11,400 gal into 105,600 tons equals 1 GAL PER 9.2 TONS

Why do you think that giant fireball that was the plane, traveling at hundreds of miles per hour, smashing into a steel frame, would have been most of the fuel on the plane?

@adamrosemead1 Explosions can be explained by jet fuel igniting, considering the planes were packed with the stuff. It is an actually plausible explanation, due to the nature of jet fuel which is already known. Electric explosions were also seen from witnesses.
Unless there's some witness who actually saw explosives inside the building it's not a plausible explanation. Where are the demolition flashes going off inside all over the building? Why did nobody see THOSE?

@cobone2 Do you really think all of that fuel exploded simultaneously? It is actually in fact extremely probable that large amounts of jet fuel made it through the stairwells all the way into the lower floors. Not all "explosions" were caused by jet fuel either - there were electrical explosions, heavy objects crashing down, etc.
It's not difficult to imagine anyone with an agenda for themselves. However, it is quite difficult to assume every president of the US wants to take over the world.

On impact most of the fuel if not all was ignited..Do a little test for yourself??fill a bottle with gasoline stick a rag into the top of the bottle light the rag and throw the bottle at something..see if any of the fuel in the bottle is left over..BTW do it in a safe place..LOL.As for all of our Presidents being world conquers..LOL.NO i do not believe that.But 911 was not what the government said it was.there is alot more to it then what we have been told.

@cobone2 You have to realize that most of the debris ended up inside the building, and as a result much of the jet fuel actually went down through places like elevator shafts and stairways before it was even ignited - that simple experiment assumes that somehow all of the jet fuel was ignited before the impact even happened, which makes it flawed.
In 1945 a very small plane, a B-25, full of jet fuel smashed into the Empire State Building, and jet fuel made it to the lobby before exploding. :O

Agreed.But most of the fuel did ignite on impact..and those explosions happened right away..Not later on and throughout the whole event of that day..Explosions were going off on many floors in both buildings..we can sit here for hours going back and forth about 911,, But truth be told our government did NOT tell us the truth and many questions are still unanswered by the people who we elected as our leaders...
