i purchased my first new car (2009 pontiac vibe gt) back in september with no help from my folks. feels great and i can do whatever i want lol both the accord and maxima my folks helped me out but i ended up paying them for the maxima over the 3 years i've owned it. they paid for it first to avoid high interest rates lol but yeah it's definitely different driving something you paid for with your own hard earned money. you take more pride in your ride and won't abuse it.

i was on my way to work and was literally 2 minutes away from my work when i crossed an intersection, an coming car decided to make a left turn right when we were so close to them, the truck in front of me steps on his brakes but his car was old and only one brake light came on...i didn't see it until i was too close. couldn't stop in time and rear ended the pick up truck =( stupid car that caused this left the scene too =(

i bought that car used and was in a previous head on collission before too so the frame was off already and i sort of wanted a 4door now lol i sold the wrecked car for $1500 to some salvage yard with all my mods and junk on it. i kind of regret it sometimes =/
