  • Edwin, very great playing, good feel and timing and good Jazz sound. Once I heard from Toots Thielemans that this song is his pension and I think it's true. For you it wont bring in a dime but the joy and musical experience are not too be bought they must be lived, great Xmas Amigo,Vic.

  • @Jazzguts Well, I will say good for him, he is an incredible jazz artist and he deserves more than that for his contribution to jazz...now me...I'm in for the love and the passion for this wonderful music called...jazz....that's priceless.

    Merry Christmas Vic.

  • Yeah Man...You got me interested at the first Note...Great Warm Woody Tones..and Great Lines...Nicely Played.!!

  • @guitarpicka1 So glad you like it Sir, wish you a great Merry Christmas.

  • Great song, great solo patterns...Good job as usual, mi amigo!!

  • @dewmikester1 Thanks a lot brother...glad you like it.

  • that does it Edwin ! i ordered a peerless yesterday . your having to much fun ! now maybe i can sound just like you maestro ! (with a little practice) :-(

  • I enjoyed your playing!

  • @rozariomusic Thank you Rosario glad you enjoyed....thanks.

  • Nice backing rhythmic feel and of course exclusive playing Ed. You seem more confident of your lines here, they really flow nicely, keeping an eye on the melody, loved it.

    B.

  • @Praclik22 Thanks B. is the first time that I play this wonderful tune, the tempo is kind a fast and on top of that the song keep changing...you can tell I was trying to be cautions with the changes. Is not easy but the more a play it the more comfortable I feel about it.

    Regards

  • Great job Edwin! I like your Bluesette version 1.2! You seem somehow much more confident this time around. It shows in your music. And, as Mpoiuz said, that Peerless is wonderful.

    Fri

  • @FriPilot Yes I felt more comfortable, that's why I posted so I can hear and see what I'm doing. The more you play with it the more ideas and alternative comes to you that you can use but I didn't want to overwhelm and play to much stuff...I want it to make sense what I was playing. About the my Peerless, I'm just so happy with this incredible guitar.

Thank you for your support Fri, your a good friend.

    Edwin

  • Wow Edwin. This is a killer version. Love the tone. Your improv has some good things to say also. Great testifying my friend.

    allen

  • @carvetop01 So glad to hear that allen, it is a killer version but it has so much beauty in it. I feel so good about the result, is not perfect but it doesn't sound that bad either.

Have a great weekend my brother.

  • Hi Edwin,

great performance (again :). Tasteful lines in the impro. The sound of the peerless is great (and inspiring as i can see)

  • @Mpoiuz Hi Uli...thank you for coming back, I think this one is much better. Man, this guitar has nothing to envy those expensive guitar(not that I have anything against those guitar if I had the money I will have a couple of Gibson and Benedetto...why not! :), it play and feel so good...I just in love with my Peerless guitar.

    Have a great weekend Uli.
