  • 2:52 "Oh, Cool harmonic" XD

  • how come some whammy bars cn only make the note go higher and some only make it go lower?

  • he has a nice effects right up in his mouth

  • @marcusdarkness92 make sure your arm is not touching the strings

  • Su-Stain. that's a nice Nirvana song

  • Am I the only one who noticed the "Aaand Action" ??

  • A Please reply when i tap the sting it goes mute and somtimes it dont why does it do that do i have to have me amp up Lound Or what please tell me

  • "Whammy are really hard to tune" said the man with a les paul Robot (auto-tunning) laaaazy.. jajajajajajajaja XD

  • wooow i've never seen such a big amp ;P

  • that thing at around 4:50 sounded like something the black veil brides would do

  • having a whammy bar on a floating bridge has nothing to do with the sustain, its the wood the guitar is made out of, the pick ups, and the amp

  • What about sweep tapping? I cant figure that crap out lol

  • Do you have a video about 8 finger tapping? That would be AWESOME!

  • Nice lesson but... a fix camera would be much much better

  • i have played guitar for 4 years and for about six months ago i bought my first guitar with a tremolo its a ibanez rg 350 m and i have not had any problems and its just fun to play with and tuning the guitar is no problem.

  • @paranoid270 your one of the majorly lucky ones! mines a son of a gun

  • 2:08 , wtf was that? xD

  • ooh~ cool harmonic. i giggled at that part

  • The worst experience I've ever had with a floating bridge is when I broke a string at the start of a live set and no one, including myself, had a replacement string of the same gauge. It HAS to be the same gauge otherwise the bridge won't sit right. I had to play the rest of the set with my strings like a 1/4 inch from the fret board. So to add to the list of floating pitfalls, you have to always replace with the same gauge strings otherwise you'll need a tech to reset the bridge.

  • i will never buy another guitar without a fixed bridge.i just lock it down and never use the whammy they do sell blocks that attach to a floyd rose so you can get more sustain and it wont go outa tune as much

  • @Guitartricks sorry i'm late my computer crashed,my favorite band is avenged sevenfold and i dont know what genre they play exactly,i think its just metal

  • you guys should so a lesson on how to improvise using a backing track.

  • neal classical xD

  • to much talking, man!!

  • Hey, Neal! Great job! I liked Ben doing the lesson when you were gone. Keep the lessons c-c-c-coming! Thanks, Bro!

  • haha i watched the last video ten times over to learn this lick! I should have just waited a few days :P

  • Wtf ibanez sucks, they sell guitars for thousands made out of basswood

  • omfg, the pure van halen technique!! :D

  • Hey Neal, I'm just wondering. How did you learn how to play this good?

  • @RDxHoRiiZoN

    He Practiced Good

    Duhh

  • @TheInvationCo I think you misunderstood. I meant did he take lessons, or did he teach himself.

  • Is it just me, or does that intro riff sound ALOT like Voices from Disturbed?... awesome though xD

  • making a guitar tutorial is a good way to show the hole world your middlefinger without being in trouble...

  • @kalumo24 don't tell anybody

  • @Guitartricks the neo classical stuff is cool =) do you can uppload more videos with neo classical riffs and stuff??? (sorry for my bad english xD)

  • I bought a schecter Hellraiser v1 fr with an original floyd and I hate it. Theres really no real use to get a floyd. Sustain sucks, stringing is a headache, tuning is a headache(Im afraid of downtuning this thing), and the whammy only get in the way. Its true the OFR never goes out of tune, and there are some neat tricks with it, but its not worth it, unless your a hardcore vai, satriani, dimebag fan. Definitely more cons than pros.

    Fixed bridge all the way!

  • It's a bird, it's a plane, nooo it's Neal. The super cool guitar dude.

Is there anything he can't do, i think not. He's powers reach far and beyond!

Love the lessons dude, keep up the good work.

  • @smokymcpot24 Haha..can I quote you? Thanks man! mucho appreciated :) -Neal

  • @Guitartricks Sure thing dude, love the channal, it's gold.

  • awesome two hand tapping !! you're the coolest bald guitar instructer i've ever seen !! lol hah just joking !! your lessons are just great !! you're AWESOME !!

  • @UrbanGothic111 I'll take that one! Thanks so much -Neal

  • hey Neil, do you know of any good sites where i can buy a used guitar? Oh and i want to keep the price tag under 1000 bucks ;) please answer!

  • @Tottabolo craigslist, amazon, ebay... etc

  • @Tottabolo I swore I would never buy a guitar online because I wanted to play it first. But I bought my wine red Les Paul Custom on Ebay. I did buy from someone within driving distance though so I could check it out in person. I would recommend a personal inspection, Craigslist in your area sounds like a good suggestion to me.

    -Neal

  • @Tottabolo

if your living in europe then i recommend buying your stuff at Thomann.de,

it's the biggest music-onlinestore and it is really cheap,

i got a brand new perfect Epiphone Les Paul Plus HB for 350 euros. (about 375 dollars)

but just like Neil said, you should play the guitar you wanna buy before actually getting it.

  • @Guitartricks hi Neil,i was watching your videos and i am wondering, what guitar should i buy for metal for about 300 dollars, please reply :))

  • @stefan666paradox what type of metal? fav band is..?

  • @stefan666paradox i bought a jackson rhoads for about 300 and i love it it almost compares to my Gibson LP esp/ltd are good guitars too

  • @stefan666paradox Ibanez Has alot of options also B.C Rich Warlock But Ibanez is an Extremely good guitar with very good craftmanship The best is too stick too a fixed bridge for metal playing

  • @DaGuitarlearner69 I've a Ibanez Rg 350 EX double lock tuning and floating edge bridhe i think. well i have to open up the back and adjust the springs for a different tuning ;S. whats a better guitar for metal and rock?

  • @DanneyManney Floating bridges are terrible in my opinion If you r not a fan of Ibanez Than BC Rich LTD ESP But I use Ibanez Rg7321 am a fan of Ibanez had one with floatin style bridge hated it Thats why fixed bridges are nice but if u need trem than check into BC Rich And LTD and as for the tuning you can stop the trem with a piecew of wood and use other gauge strings and that prob is eliminated

  • @DaGuitarlearner69 I don't hate em. but it's annoying to adjust the springs to tune. thats all/ also if i use the whammy its out of tune. which i find odd since i'm double locked :( i like the ibanez i like 'm best actually. i don't really need a 7 stringed guitar. so i'm kinda wondering if you know a good ibanez guitar asside from rg 370dx and 350ex :)

  • @DanneyManney The X Series Great for metal Xphios XPT but for The best I have seen or tested which I sadly cant afford cause the cost about a grand is the Prestige Series Also SA Series are good just better to get with the Edge Pro trem Double locking Floyd rose But as u know floyd rose needs forever to change tunings

  • Niel I have a question you've probably answered before, but are you in a band?

  • @mjguitar6132 I haven't answered that one before. I'm not right now, GT keeps me really busy but I'm missing playing out live. We may have to have a GT jam party at the studio to get things going!

  • @Guitartricks You should! I thought that blues video with Anders was awesome! I watched it more times than I can count! Maybe a rock jam this time?

P.S. Thanks for taking the time to respond to so many people!

  • @mjguitar6132 no problem..you are my peeps! -Neal

  • @Guitartricks I've been spelling your name wrong! Haha sorry my bad

  • it shows two comments on this video mine and then yours

  • @305catsquid it's a tie!

  • ALL HAIL.. THE FIRST!!!!

  • @305catsquid not first
