  • @ilovemultipacks

There are 3 choices. 1000rpm, 150rpm and 2000rpm. Colors will vary.

Most are black or blue (1000), yellow (1500) and red (2000)

Our colors are different. We only sell the 1000 (red) and 1500 (blue)

  • @MrBerenguer67

Once you get the nut off, the whole assembly should slide right off.

Tap it with a rubber mallet lightly a few times. It should come right off.

  • i by a torque black spring 30kg on ebay is four et2 i thing is ok and i try to remove the cluch today and i can remove the drum tks

  • @MrBerenguer67

You will need an impact gun to get the nut off the drum. It can be very hard the first time.

  • hi is berenguer again,i need help please,i try to fix a blue springs in cluch and change the torque spring and i can remove the drum, can you tell me please if i fix a torque spring [black 30kg is ok? i have on a sp3 lio vince whit restrict and 6.1 rolleres on,many tks xx

  • @MrBerenguer67

I'm not sure what you are asking.

We typically change out the main and clutch springs for 1500kg

    Most 1500kg springs are yellow.

If you want to know HOW to do it, watch our "Clutch and spring replace video on our channel.

  • hmmm my scooter is completely stock and does 50mph

  • @denster1846

    a 50cc? Super!

I would expect a few KidNme mods would make that even better!

  • hi good video-i have vespa et2 and the kick starter shalf break 2 times in 4 weeks you have any idea way tks

  • @MrBerenguer67

Nothing I can think of off hand.

    Vespa is a great scoot.

Maybe a bent shaft puts undue stress from the kicker but that wouldn't explain the 2nd one. Do you have any pics of the damage? That would help.

  • @KidNmeKarts no i fix a new one now and ok many many tks four you reply xx

  • i have a 50cc 4stroke chinese scooter. its been sitting for about 4 years and it wouldnt start. i cleaned the carb and got it running again but it only gose about 15mph but it use to go about 40mph . what should i do ?????

  • @THISISNIDDY

There are a few things to check.

The intake manifold could have cracks in it, the air filter may be dirty or you may even need to adjust your valves. I'd always check the simple stuff first though.

  • with a new 80cc motor i should be using red springs?

because i have white ones in there now.

and 0-15 sucks but 25+ is great

  • Yep, the red springs will allow the rpms to raise higher before engaging which should improve you takeoff speed.

  • this funny i have a Baccio Speedy 50 and brand new it does 45-48 i want it to hit 55 any tips?

  • Thats really good for a 50cc. I would imagine that if you already have that top end, the new springs, maybe a clutch and variator will do the same.

I imagine you would get close to 55 if you're already doing 48.

We have a clutch and variator kit with springs for the 50 that will get you more speed but it's not listed in our store, you have to call.

  • Another Great Video!!! TEN STARS!********** RH DSD

  • @DIOSpeedDemon

    Thanks Dio!

Your videos are tops as well!

Keep up the great work! I've learned a lot from yours!

  • thanks alot for the advice :)

but when removing the variator theres no washer :S but the bike is brand new so i dont know how there isnt one there is there any chance it could be some where else? thanks liam

  • @LiamAych93

Not all come with a washer.

  • hi there ive recently got an early christmas present a 50cc Lingben Lb50qt-21 moped what goes about 30-32mph i was thinking about de-restricting the bike, changing the variator rollers to 3x 7.0g and 3x 8.0g, aswell as changing compression spring and clutch spring to both 1500rpm is this a good idea or not or if you have any better ideas would be great help thanks liam

  • Yep,

a 1500 spring and 1500 arm springs will wake up your bike.

You can also remove the stock airbox, replace it with a K&N or Uni filter and move your carb needle up one clip.

    Good luck!

  • im about to get a 50cc scooter and i had this in mind of maybe doing, because it looked fairly simple, but is it? I am a rookie at this for sure so any help is appreciated.

  • Hey Simattic,

This upgrade is very easy. You will need some air tools because the nut on the variator and clutch can be a real bear to get off sometimes.

The principal is the same as the buggy upgrade we do here. The parts are just smaller.

When you're ready to do this, give us a call and we;ll get you where you need to be to do the upgrade.

    Good luck!

  • getting a 50cc scooter For my 16th birthday

On a cbt licence they say im restricted to 30mph...

What would the crime be for getting caught with this clutch and t spring

  • Man, I'm not sure.

You're not changing the HP of the scooter but if the restriction is 30mph and not HP then its a tossup. Just a clutch and T spring won't get you more HP, just a better takeoff and a couple more mph on the top end but its still a 50cc.

(I'm not paying any tickets for you though! ) :-)

  • Well no sorry

I'm restricted to 50cc not any speed

Ill check up stuff like this when i take my CBT test 4 months yet getting scooter early Thanks for your help

    Subscribed

  • hehe just got a car :)

    110mph :P

  • Haven't upgraded a Yamaha yet.

  • how can you show vespa, and not yamaha!?

  • Where could i get this done to my scooter , Since i do not live near your area :S. Is there other places were they would do this?

  • ZThe upgrade is very easy to do.

Watch one of our buggy upgrade videos and your scooter upgrade will be exactly the same with the exception of the weights. What area are you in? We have service centers all over the U.S. and may have one near you.

  • A decent shop should be able to watch our videos and get the job done. If you have a socket set, you can do it as well and save a few bucks.

  • I have a problem :( I have instaled 70cm2 cylinder and I have Hebo racing clutch and 2 main springs(red and blue) but Im not sure in what combination I have to instl them ! Im more interesed in comfort not in speed and when I had bouth springs red my scooter starts moving on 12000 rpm and i didnt like it so I started using stock clutch again cz it takes off on 4000rpm, but theres a long pause between gears. what i can do to get smooth perfomance ?! my vario rollers is 3.5g

  • 3.5 gram rollers are about where most scooters end up with. The springs will change the engagement rpms as well as the rollers. The trick is to balance them to your liking. Too light on the rollers and too heavy with the springs and the rpm's go way up but the top speed suffers. You'll have to find a happy medium. All we're doing with these upgrades is changing engagement and not adding HP. For more HP, start off with a larger carb and a nice exhaust.

  • We changed the main spring (red) and the clutch springs (Red). We also took off the stock airbox and put a 2 stage UNI directly on the carb and raised the needle one click.

He wanted to go as fas for as cheap as he could.

  • What did the changes do to his milage?

  • @crock703

I imagine he lost a couple MPG :-)

  • So what u did is changed the clutch and the spring with it??

  • also ich grig mein roller ohne einen cent zu zahlen auf kanppe 100kmh

  • I don't get it. What's so special about this? Any moped with all of the restrictors taken out (which costs basically nothing) will do 50mph.

  • There is a bunch of stuff you can do to get more out of your machine. Which restrictors are you speaking of? I can't think of any that you can just "take off" to get more out of it.

CDI, Airbox, re-jet, all require you to replace the stock item with a performance one.

  • I know that mopeds are restricted in these ways; the ignition, the cvt with a ring between the front pully, which does basically the same as blokking a few gears from your car, a sort of 'ring' in your exhaust, narrowing the passage, a metal plate between your carburettor and manifold and a restricted reed valve. I don't know for shure which restrictors are in your moped, but I think your moped is restricted in the exhaust and the cvt.

  • You will have to replace the jet in your carburettor by one that is bigger, because if you don't your engine wil get a mixture with not enough fuel. This can cause your engine to overheat and damage as a result.

  • Nice video but what should i get out of a variator or a clutch??

  • if you have a yamaha aerox.. its common they bog out at 30 mph and they dont make the full use of the powerband like with some other scooter brands.. and so a variator would stop this and make full use of the scooters power.. but a clutch is cheaper and a good one will increase acceleration and top end speed

  • The Variator has rollers installed. If you lower them, you get a better take off. If you go up in weight and put in a set of stronger springs, you improve your top end.

  • Excellent Video. Very Professional and Informative. FIVE STARS***** RH DSD

  • Thanks! We love doing them!
