too much compressed , better save on youtube witout any video edition or re-compression , i use Avidemux , merge all video together , cut-off not good part and save witout any compression , direct copy . Or if you realy not have choice to re-compress video footage from camera , better save in MP4 or MKV with H.264 format in 1080p . 3D need absolutely the best quality footage !

If you wanna see 3D without glasses you will need to learn it first. You need to drag the 2 pictures/screens into one with your eyes, then it's 3D, i've learned it now and its awesome but it takes time...

Why does everyone always whine about 3D glasses? I have a really nice pair I bought for $6. Even if you don't have glasses, you can still view it in cross-eyed mode or 2D. My only complaints about YouTube 3D is the inability to use active shutter glasses, and the fact that you can't view 3D in their embedded player. I have the GoPro 3D housing, and it works awesome.
