I devloped spontanis internal left carotid artery dissection with psyudo aneurysm + bl clot just below brain stem behind throat.Put on blood thinners&sent home.No surgery If stroke sympt.develop TIA'S recom.micro surgery through skull.Suffered 5 years of dissection type headaches on left side, not true migraines, headache attacks continued & spread down left side entire body,until thyroid removed in 2000., They retracted artery during surgery woke up pain all over developed Fibromaliga WTF
