so i am obsessed with the new 2012 boss 302 mustang but ive got a question how much did that baby cost to get imported and could it be done in right hand drive
@xc351v This car is undergoing the final details of the RHD conversion process right now. Photos of the converted Boss and other details will be posted on the Mustang Motorsport web site next week (all the Boss 302 details and info is already on the site).
@xc351v just importing and the import tax for this car in stock is $53,000 around about that any way but then this guy will prob charge about 20k min to switch to RHD so would be cheaper to buy a ford falcon gt-p then one of these...
@hieuluu2 We used both the normal and the red TracKey, but it made no difference for the test drive as the key and system hadn't been programmed at the time (the car was literally unloaded from the container and then we took it for a run!).
@davidsholem The 2012 Boss is absolutely awesome - great free-revving engine, heaps of power through the whole rev range, and the handling and braking is just as good... and an exhaust note that is amazing!

I got to go to Au. a few years ago and had the pleasure to drive The FPV Boss GTP and fell in love with it and wish i could get one here but Ford America is against the idea even though it'd be good competition to Dodges new Chargers
