Buy six of them, put star wars episodes on each of them, and let your friends/family try to watch all six at the same time.

They are not pointless. they are ideal for people who do a lot of digital photography. The point of them is... to "see" pictures that will never be seen again revolving on a screen. As for the music and home movies,sound,etc,etc.?? I agree... pointless,not needed. Again ..Stills that will be lost forever... a great/simple way to show them.... i think they should also be
very large if you're going to spend the coin.
