@robertwramirez287 they was 17 at the time but thats the biggest you can go on the mr2 i dont know the name of them tho (sorry) i have new rims on them now size 16 with a 5 inch lip they black and red i have a turbo kit for it but i just never put it on as of yet cuz im more focus on my solstice now and my mr2 is in the shop getting a new tranny but good luck with the mista 2 spyder and the doors make it look all so much better... almost 4 years strong and they still work like new...

@mala1818 well they are pretty cheap now if u look around on ebay u can get them for about 600-800 usd is the labor of getting them put on is the problem there lil to none fabing involved tho but i got mines put on for about 1000$ usd

@Najdorfspecialist sorry for the late reply well the rims i got just from a locals rime shop and the kit for the door was around 900 but you can get them for cheaper on ebay now to put them on is the problem the labor is a killer should be around 1k

Nice, mine's grey, only got the hard top now. What can you tell me about the lambo doors? I hear that you gotta constantly refill it with this hydraulic stuff (if it uses the hydraulic stuff), i don't want things to get too complicated. Did you have any difficulty mounting the lambo doors?

great car i have one too 2 weaks ago i bought the rings 17" in niquel great choice and i put the stereo like you behind of the seat :P i put 4 speakers and a amplifier 2000 wts pionner im crazy thinking when i have to put the bass its no space man ! ahh and i put h.i.d lights =) in the night the car looks like a porche xD great car coming soon i will put some vids =) see ya pals =) and i love mr2 and good vvti motor really fast nad great economy in gas

yeah thanks man im planning on getting H.I.D's i just had to replace head light house i am the second owner of the car so it kinda need a lil work rite now its in the shop getting body kit fitted i have newer rims now new seats new all black top headers cold air intake mod chip and wow you notice a difference quick ill will posy vids when i get car back on sat 02\10\09 and yes there really is no room for speakers but i seen on ebay a custom box but you have to remove panels behind seats

hey id like to get one of these, but my initial concern is fitting into the car itself. im 6 foot with a bigger body frame. think id be able to get in? this is my first car and i want it to be a fun one and this looks like an obvious choice for the price.

well one of my friends is 6'4 and has a lil trouble getting in if you really want them try and find 90 degree and you should have no problem see im kinda short so i get in with no problem 5'8

well behind the seats there really not much room for anything but amp and a small box so thats the only thing i have but it kicks out enuff bass tho

damn boy. that is sweet as! im thinking about getting a spyder but the 1999 model because i cant find any in my price range but by the time i can be bothered to get one i think i might get the 2001 model but they arent too much dofferent anyways. but how much does it cost to get the doors done like that because that shit is off the hook. 5 stars

thanks my dude well yeah the 2001 seems to be the one most people have dont really cost that much and if you get the kit ya self then just pay some one to put it on its cheaper under 1.200 so look into it if you want it go for it and just look around on ebay for spyders they dont cost too much

i love the car alot until the engine blew out twice on me like im having alot of problem with the car and its costing me a shit load of money and so far toyota had it for two months and i still have not got it back yet but its still my baby tho will post more videos soon as i get it back with new body kit and engine work and im also getting new rims i have put headers and chip and a.e.m intake so far and it flys so ill get back soon
