I don't get it!! first of all plagiarism is a CRIME and I HATE IT WHEN k-pop fans (not all) are sooo subjective and are like " oh.. there's like billion of songs out there so they must've accidently composed THE EXACT MELODY" or that "the agency bought the rights but it just happens to be so that there's no legal records of the event"... Both sounds similar... However its not snsd's fault though, because its a song created for intel core and its not in their album. Theres alot more songs out there which are similar to each other's you should try comparing them.

nice find! they do sound very similar although I have to say that there are literally billions and billions of songs out there.. I can't even really put a number to how many songs they are in the world. So when the producers and composers made this song, there is a possibility that the melody will sound similar. Now, if they composed this entirely by themselves or not, we will never know. But a great find nonetheless.
