I am extremely offended by reading these comments. I am in a polygamist relationship, one man and two women. We are all moral, nice, and generous. We are all happy. With a polygamist relationship, a man has multiple wives, all of which love eachother as much as they love the man. It isn't just him having multiple wives to own and fuck as he wishes, they're all together. They all love eachother. I know how it is, and we hear people who pass us all the time saying "Man, he's one lucky guy."

People in our society are completely tolerant of blatant sexual promiscuity on tv - Jersey Shore, & many others - & in their own lives will sleep around with many partners, are tolerant of 20-somethings & 18 yr olds legally prostituting themselves out for internet porn because they desperately want to be famous, yet a man who has a dedicated relationship with 4 other women - and only those 4 women - is deemed as "Sick" "Disgusting" or that the women "have no self-esteem," why is that?

@On0bi i am an educated person. 2 college degrees and i'm actually a very open minded person. i get what you're saying about growing up that way. it would be the same if somebody told me that the way i'm living life is incorrect. from a woman's point of view, i watched these women cry because he is out with another woman or wife. as long as people are happy, i'm ok with the lifestyle. i feel that these women are subjected to unnecessary emotional stress and it saddens me. lets agree to disagree
second, you're right that they are exposed to unnecessary emotional stress, but they knew what they were getting into when they decided that they wanted to live that way. what they don't need are people shouting down their lifestyle and threatening to separate their families that they helped create, just because their husband has more than one wife.
