@TheHiphopneverdied Damaged hair is caused by throwing too much chemical substances on your hair. Hair bleaching is chemical, chemical straightening and stuff, as the name itself, are chemical, and hair dying is chemical.

The strongest are the first too.

So I guess I prefer to stick ONLY for hair dying, which is the weakest, and use a lot of hydrating hair masks to keep hair healthy and style it with non-chemical stuff, like blow dryer and flat iron, since it will go away when I wash.
