They were played one right after the other. So as soon as part 1 ended, part 2 started. It was a complete run through, no breaks. About 15 minutes, total.
Wow, I always thought Radiohead's music would sound great played by an orchestra or band, it really adds another dimension to it without the vocals. Admittedly there are plenty of problems with this performance but it's still great to hear and gives you an insight into how intricately detailed the music really is.
I really liked the performance, mostly because I'm a huge fan of Radiohead. Your marching is certainly above average especially in the content, speed, and page sets. What form of marching style do you use? I know this is an early in the season rehearsal but I noticed a ton of interval issues. I haven't checked out the later performances but I'd assume that it's much cleaner. Good job overall, I wish I could see some up close shots to watch the marching and individual playing. 5/5 for me.
I posted on the part 1 one video. These arrangements are excellent but more importantly it says tons about how great the music of Radiohead really is.
Not only do I agree with what you just said, but I would have used the exact same wording, with the whatnot and all, which is both off putting and heartening.
Wonderful. I understand it being possibly off putting, it gets you worried about the whole Kane and Abel thing. Cause hey, I'm not ready to get killed by my brother anytime soon.
this is impressive. that's a big band to be tackling this show with, and you all do a fantastic job! maybe all the steps aren't perfect, but that's what run-throughs are for! drums have a greattttt presence, and the trumpet is sometimes a little overbearing, but that's always the case with the trumpets, hahaha.
Interesting choices here: Exit Music (For a Film) and Lucky (kinda odd seguing, IMO). They should have done Life in a Glasshouse, though... Still rockin'!
goosebumps, every time.

Okay, I changed my mind. THIS is my favorite part. The climax for Exit Music... oh, man. If that doesn't give you chills, you have no soul.

The baritone (tbn?) solo was beautiful. Now get your sectionmates to tune up with you + imitate your tone and you'll all be set.
