I think they meant people like U rather than people who are on the streets or in some other kind of dire need U seem to refer to. Not as if there is not enough money to keep all the creatures of the Earth alive if we only got over ourselves and got rid of the profit margins. Heck lets get rid of money while we are at it.

Dog kennel are not viable investments like prisons because they dont need constant legal assessments and guards. They just need love and love is free (unless U are a fascist)

Know what's really sad about these videos Chris? 505 views - That in itself is just sad.. like nobody gives a crap... My Poodle obviously came from a Mill but long before I knew what one was.. We have 4 little Dogs and they are spoiled rotten and have a great CLEAN home. one was the runt and his front legs are all twisted backwards at the elbows but we love him dearly.. OMG give me a break, there are bigger issues to deal with, besides animals in shelters. Im an animal lover also, but there are lots of human issues that should be dealt with FIRST, not LAST. How about we just let everyone lose their jobs, become homeless and live in tents in unsafe areas, hey that will be good, but at least the stray animals will have a roof over their heads for 6 days, damn shame you all need to prioritize and not just try and save everything that doesnt give back to the city

I see sentience as more important then non-sentience. If not, then why stop at mammals or other types of more highly evolved life? What are you doing to help bacteria or ants? You're people are dying and you prefer to help their pets. You can pity me all you want, but I'd prefer your pity go out to people who are starving, but don't get the chance to die from that because they're killed by the local militia first.

I have written to almost all govenors in all states and gotten no response in regards to the slaughter of animals for fur. So far minimal response from any of them. Election times means a TIME FOR CHANGE-CAST you votes for someone who cares for ALL RIGHTS-HUMAN and animals. Politicians are nothing but a bunch of a-holes!!!!

He is all for supporting non-citizens but will not take action to close puppy mills to prevent the shelters from being inundated with animals and then wants to shorten their stays or abolish all hope for adoptions. I hope everyone remembers this at election time in California.

If the Governor of CA spent more time passing meaningful legislation to stop puppy mill operators, there wouldn't be the need to 'kill the excess animals in shelters' because there would be fewer animals in the shelters! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

Thanks LCA; I wrote to Arnold and passed it along. All those dogs are saying, Hey, we dont belong in this place...come on, get me out of here! Heartbreaking! Meanwhile, we bear massive expenses to support non-citizens, puppy mills are allowed to exist and profit thanks to the AKC, backyard and all other breeders are allowed to continue, often paying no taxes. Right, keep further punishing the animals, Arnold...thatll solve the problems. This is so sick.
