not him. He had gone back to curly hair a month or so before his death, so him having straight hair days before his death wouldn't make sense. This guy seems to have a bit of weight on him, compared to what Michael looked like days before his death. His voice is also off from Michael's. So, nope, not him. Also the fact that there are no bodyguards surrounding him, he's walking with a girl, and seems to be walking around easily without mobs of fans and paps suffocating him is also a large clue.
