when u practice do u just keep repeating everything? and how long does it take to build stamina? cuz i get tired within 10 seconds of doing a six step. and (last question) how do u make sure you aren't doing it messy, cuz i feel like im just kicking my legs everywhere... lol great video:)
ive got one problem though...whenever i do footwork my legs hurt really badly
for ex. when i do six step 3/4 times my legs start to hurt and i have to stand up same thing with other footwork. Is it normal for a beginner or do i have a problem with my legs? thx for help
christ i fucking love you guys! you should invest in a hd camera. they're fairly inexpensive, you can get like a flip cam for around $100. very good investment if you're making vids on the constant.
Hey Remedy I was wandering if you could teach the 4 step. Theres not very much tutorials on the 4 step but the ones that are on youtube dont teach it correctly. Thanks and this tut was very helpful
I'd say, In addition to the 3 step - If you want to make it a bit faster and slightly smoother, when your coming back around to when your leg's are spread out in a "V", you can land on one foot and just bounce off the landing leg. the other leg is just slightly off the ground, and just swing through to continue the 3 step.
I never plant both my legs in the push up position on the 3 step. I leave my kicking foot up in the air slightly so I can kick it through faster and smoother.
yo I guess tell people to be more on their toes so they move faster and they're not so flat footed. Because at the beginning you're teaching them flat footed 2 and 3 steps. At the end of the video you're on your toes. I don't think beginners will pick up on that right away if you don't mention it.
I don't know i never can make this .

thank you! I will do my best practicing my 2-step.. as i already know 3-step.., i think 2 step is more tiring than 3step

Alright, so when you swing your left leg during the two step right when it does a full circle does the right leg jump over it?
