I think people no longer know what racism means. Showing that one group does something bad is not racism.

It is a fact and not racist to say that more blacks are in prison than whites (proportionally). It is, however, racist to say, "there are more blacks in jail because they are like animals."

If Jones said white people poison immigrants, steal land from natives, etc, because they are the devil, that is racism. Poiting out historical fact or giving your interpretation is not racist.

By extention, to say "blacks are animals therefore it is their fault more are in jail," is also racist. But Jones (and many others) point out that white people had a disproportionate infleunce in society & historically are the root of many bad conditions for minorities, etc, and the solution is affirmative action, preferential treatment to allow non-white men to catch up.
