  • What's the name of that song that plays while Augusta is sneaking out of her window?

  • what's the song at 8:58??

  • I'll be damned if my kid tells me who is or isn't staying in my home. I would kick rain out on her ass and smack Augusta in the mouth.

  • @092119761 you do that and see how 'well' that works out. Ofcourse the parent decides who is in the house and who isn't but to smack your kid in the mouth for it? That is asking for trouble and it is physical abuse too.

  • CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME THE NAME OF THE SONG WHEN SHE'S SNEAKING OUT!? I LOOKED EVERYWHERE AND STILL CAN'T FIND IT!!!!! IT'S REALLY PISSING ME OFF!!! >:( JUST PLEASE TELL ME!!!!!

  • 1:10 AVRIL LAVIGNE ON THE WALL! ATTENTION ATTENTION

  • this is why i dont want a girl... scares the living shit out of me..

  • well that was a quick downfall

  • this kinda reminds me of the movie thirteen. just a little.

  • What boy?

  • Why The Hell Is She Drinking Wine?

  • Never noticed the Avril Lavigne poster

  • why did she cut her hair? it looked pretty badass long.

  • does anybody know the song at 7:25?

  • when I saw augusta holding the scissors I thought she was going to cut herself and when i watched thirtheen and the chick was holding scissors I thought she was going to cut her hair but she actually cut herself

    lmfao

  • Why is it teens always cut and/or dye their hair as a form of rebelling in these movies? :-/

  • @Fotclove idk, i mean don't they regret cutting their hair at some point b/c they realize they weren't thinking clearly when they did? they're only hurting themselves

  • @Bitesize1991 lol, I cut mine, and yes! we deff. regret it! lol, ah, it's growing back thank god!

  • It's like we're twins

  • the mother looks like dolly buster :D

  • Just a question, Is anybody actully like this ? Like 13-14 year old really ?

  • @maddytix34 My sisters bf's sisters kid is 13 she sneaks out of the house all the time n partys n then she got pregnant. Sometimes it's just sad, but true :(

  • @Fotclove Wow, glad im certainly not like this ://

  • @maddytix34 yes of course, read "And I Don't Want To Live" Nancy Spungen was far worse and at a very early age too. She wasn't as lucky as Augusta though :(

  • @maddytix34 pretty much, sometimes it starts at 12 to 14 year olds and rarely 11 year olds.

& it depends on your friends. like our friends were older when i was 12 they were from 14 to 20 (EVERYONE was friends) and what kind of city/town you live in, if its small most likely trough's age groups or you have nothing to do (us). 7 if you have jobs to get money to buy your own shit. then later on through the years you realize how stupid is it to drink at 12.

    speaking from experience.

  • @maddytix34 watch movie thirteen, and yes.

  • @Sephiroth766 I love that movie :D

  • So the teachers are ok with a couple of hoes smoking on school grounds? Where is this place?!

  • I like her short hair

  • avril lavigine much? Lol <3 this movie

  • i want her room

  • can anyone give me the soundtrack to this movie? pleeeeasee

  • I LOVE HER ARVIL LAVIGNE POSTER

  • I wanna slap the shit out of Augusta!

  • @grod016 ahh there's alot of kids out there who deserve to get the shit slapped out of them

  • Ok, hang on, why on earth is the song that starts at 7:38 NOT the song they used for the scene on LMN's broadcast of this movie?

  • @caitlinjane92

i know right?they change it allot

  • Comment removed

  • I am exactly like Augusta! Except I don't get that out of control like she gets throughout the movie!

  • My mom wouldve slapped me by the face now ! :o

  • @Mjvcc145 who cares, but i feel bad for you. My mother was out of control too so she 'd never slap me cause she understood

  • This mother may be on the peppy side, but I like her enthusiasm with Augusta. I wish like hell I had Augusta's parents---PERIOD! :D

  • Throwing out the stuffed animals..it's a sign...

  • @sexiscchic: A sign of her not being a little girl anymore. I was just like her and still am in some ways except I never tried drugs...did have a nifty shot of tequila though :D

  • @Bloombaby99 Yeah that's true but notice she didn't throw away the stuffed animals until she started hanging with that chic, same with Tracy in Thirteen.

  • I like this movie, but in the novel, Augusta's transformation was much more gradual. It didn't just happen one day because she got a bad grade on a test. She was already shoplifting at 12 and experimenting with drugs, and that eventually led to her full blown usage and the horrific behavior that is portrayed in the film. She was always kind of "bad", but her mother just ignored the signals for awhile because Augusta was capable of being so normal at times.

  • i hate it when people cut their hair in movies..

  • I still don't understand why she was so unhappy. She had her family (even though her parents were divorced, they were around), her sweet friend Daisy, a nice home, and artistic talent? I don't get it?

  • @alicianefertiti I think she was sad because she thought she was a failure in school, and she started thinking she was fat and ugly. All teens go through trying to find out what good qualities they have, and most worry too much about what other people think or will think of them.

  • she was so pretty.....until she did that.....

  • im scared to have a child now. if she fucks up then were all screwed cuz i cant do anything

  • @axlis123 AHA right on..

  • this is why i don't want fucking kids im sorry i really cant deal with the disappointments of parent hood....>...> just not for me....:(

  • is it just me or does it bother you when people leave doors open in movies?!

  • @likelove825 lol sitcoms, too. YES.

  • @blonde715 It's not the fact they are bad parents, it's that they don't have control over the kids. If you notice, in both films they are single mothers. Obviously they don't want to push their child away and cause them to go through what they went through (Maybe not in this, but in Thirteen the Mom was a recovering drug addict and a smoker). They didn't want to hurt them, but couldn't stop them hurting themselves.

  • Vodka and oreos???? wtf

  • @kianniee just what i thought :D:D.. got to try this sometime^^

  • @kianniee lol i was thinking the same thing

  • @kianniee when ur drunk u dont give a shit what ur eating or drinking..

  • What's the song at 7:08 ?

  • I speak like that to my mum I will get the slap of your life

  • @lolitalily: Same here :D

  • lol, if i would've told my mom no i probably would've gotten the business; no joke. Lol idk about yu but my mom don't play that.

But yea, this movie is just like Thirteen, except she changed faster. But it's all good because Thirteen is one of my favorite movies. :)

  • i liked her hair long and she called herself fat.. shes clearly delusional

  • @BreezyBri5 Don't forget the hanged pregnant girl she made for the art fair. She was COMPLETELY messed up at that point.

  • @balancedmusings Maybe that's why people thought I was acting out when I decided to cut my hair really really short and I mean like a boys haircut. My mom still to some extent is not used to it.

  • Vodka & Oreo's..YUM! Haha :)

  • this is me <3

  • Martha screamed in that poor mans face

  • the brother looks alot like justin bieber

  • She really reminds me of Kierstin Dunst cross breaded with Avril Lavigne. I hate how obviously influenced she is by her new pal... I mean, she changed her whole look drastically and practically identically to her friend. I'm surprised she's not offended for her taking her style x'D I know I'd be. But it's a movie... so whatevez! True. Very like "13"... the whole stuffed animal part especially haha!

  • its kind of a hobo action if u cut ur own hair...

  • they totally changed all the songs in this movie, and they completely suck! it takes away so much from the movie..

  • To be honest....This movie makes me say fuck my parents and everything they stand for.I know it's wrong...

  • what the hell? the kids were supposed to be visiting their dad and he split with his ditzy girlfriend...no wonder her parents are out of the loop lol

  • did they change the music from avril to this stuff?

  • @Piggiesunshine yes I noticed that a while ago. That was like my favorite transition song for that scene/whole movie.

  • her hair was soo pretty :(

  • Does anyone know the name of the song that Augusta plays in her room?

  • they needa make more movies like this one & 13 cause the facts are this is what most teens are doing these days

  • this movie is silly and hard to take seriouw

  • How old is she playing?

  • I personally like this movie better than Thirteen, but that's not to say I don't like Thirteen, because I do.

  • isnt there supposed to be an avril lavigne song playing at 8:00?

  • @breezy5986 - Yeah, it was changed for the DVD release b/c of clearance issues.

  • try sneaking out of the house without a trellis. not so easy! she's no badass.

  • We don't do it for attention we do it because you do it and it seems enjoyable this is just a stupid stereotype. This is so far off.

  • We don't do it for attention we do it because you do it and it seems enjoyable this is just a stupid stereotype.

  • @kimikotriforce So true. I'm still wondering whose fault it is to why she became like that? I don't blame the mom at all. She would always give her daughter compliments.

  • that song that shes playing when shes changing her room is called ideal waste of time!!!!!!!! i love it and i finally found it:)))))))))

  • who sings the song on 3:08?

  • I love movies like this! Thirteen is my favorite. <3

  • Awesome movie!! :)

  • whats the song around 7:25?

  • too graphic for a school show?! pah! we had naked people all over the place at ours

  • Yeah, the way it started, the way everything seems to run, even the coloring is almost exactly like Thirteen...

  • Does anyone know the name of the song playing when augusta is escaping from her house just after she cuts her hair? thanks...

  • @TwilightCrazed1996 I did'nt mean literally smartie pants

  • augusta is a creep

  • this is very similiar to the movie thirteen except that it was clothes not teddy bears that were being thrown away. love this movie tho

  • why do girls always cut their hair in these types of movies?

  • Striking similarities to "Thirteen"...not that i'm complaining. :]

  • she was so hot with long hair

  • augusta seems biopolar.....

  • is it just me.. or does this movie have a huuuuuuuuuuuge similarity to the movie Thirteen

  • @skatenowHA omg it does!!!!! but in thirteen, the dad was out of the picture. that's basicly the only difference.

  • @skatenowHA it is just like it, its based on a true story too.

  • @skatenowHA dude i soooooo said the same thing, i think they both have there own individuality because they are based on truth, but about two different people . but they are still very similar ..

  • @skatenowHA its just you

  • @skatenowHA , it's just a little less ghetto.

  • @skatenowHA you mean the one about the guy mermaid

  • @skatenowHA Someone wrote a comment on the last part of the movie thirteen and said if we love that movie then we'd love this. i just want to see what choices NOT to make. plus they're both good movies.

  • @skatenowHA this movie is based on a true story so it's not like thirteen

  • @skatenowHA This is better

  • @skatenowHA I agree!! But it is not AS Dark as thirteen. 13 makes me feel kinda depressed :/

  • @maggiestar11 yeah this is pg compared to 13, that movie was wayyyy more extreme

  • @skatenowHA its a cliche type of rebel teen movie

  • Does anybody know the name of the song that is played when Augusta & Rain have vodka shots and when Augusta changes her room. Anyone tell me please? Thanks.

  • @BritneySpearsDemosTV the song is called: Ideal Waste Of Time by Treble Charger

  • its a girl thing

  • uhhhh how come in every movie where a teen girl gets depressed she cuts her hair off

  • @chandler907 Because, we try to make a drastic change and long hair is seen as beautiful, innocent, feminine and perfect thing. I guess we're try to change from this cute girl to this other crazy enigma. Specifically in your teens when you're trying to find your identity.

  • @chandler907 it has something to do with trying to change yourself. for example usually after a horrible experience someone may change their hair style completely so that they can feel like the event has disappeared. or if someone wants to forget the past and become a new person, changing your hairstyle is the fastest and easiest way to achieve that.

  • @alyssidax interesting!
