@ftlptba...you're not far of the truth. I think that the best bands came statistically from... 50 % from UK & Ireland (60 millions people)... 30 % from the US (300 millions people!) and 20 % in the rest of the world (scandinavia,canada,australia mainly) ...

... the reason why ? I don't know... maybe the bad weather... you don't have much opportunity outside of your garage in those rainy days... but there's surely more than one explanation... it's a little bit more complex....
