Men don't need plastic surgery unless it is serious like burnt skin or a big scar (thats not battle related ;) ). Liposuction maybe to lose the body fat but risky though (might get fat in your arms or elsewhere rather than your belly if you have poor diet & regain the fat). Boobs on guys, lol.
