@Jalpseon Hell yeah. All the music in Mega Man X 3 comes off as hardcore. There's just an air of badassery about the whole game from the character designs, and illustrations, to the mood of the story (yeah, it was cool to a 12-year-old). The art and music still stands as awesome to an adult, though.
