I think the thing with Bentley is his motives were questionable so he came off a bit mysterious, and because of that she kinda speak for him when he's not saying much. Not only that but he was there for her at her lowest point and he said all the right things while the other guys basically just stand by and watch. Though he was false he played her well so I can see how she could fall for that. The only thing is we are seeing what she is not.
