The nurse should not wring out the rag (or sponge) on the baby! That's not the way to do it!
She should know better! As for the comment by ben jonsonable, keep it to yourself. Nobody is interested in what you have to say. Parents have their babies circumcised for health and religious reasons, and I've never heard any guy complain about it later on in life!
