  • I workout this, my better result 8 pull ups and 10 push ups (push ups is easy but pullup is hard for me, 9 an 10 reps I take > 7x, 5 secund 1 more, and 1 more, and last 10 pullups 7,1,1,1. Is hard training, I not give up, next time 10-10 :D props from Poland!!! sorry my english is torible
