If a fight was going to "be picked" it would have been instigated by your fans. And I think you are quite lucky that Cheyney exercised restraint in all manners. As to showing restraint, alot of the Millersville Fans showed restraint too. Me included. The Posse also showed restraint and did not get involved in it. Hundreds of fans did not get involved in it and it was only very few students (one of which I identified in pictures) got into it with your fans. And yet, the MAJORITY of Millersville fans stayed the hell out of the fight, and that inlcudes me. Most of us are not stupid to get involved in a melee with visiting fans. Hell, I even wish the visiting team good luck when they take the court. Just last night, I shook hands with the Mansfield teams and their coaches. Unlike some, I show respect for visitors and that includes Cheyney.

A lot MU fans that didnt get ivolved where 50 and over which made up a large percent of the fans in attendance. I was not the mascot during the Cheyney Game. If I was, I would have shaken hands with the Cheyney team as well. It is a symbol of sportsmanship that I extend to even rival schools. I may root against them but in the end, we are all created equal.

Cheyney and MU are both respectable schools and I look forward to the showdown in the next couple weeks between these two teams. Much respect to both my Marauders and the Wolves.

One of the problems is that "you all" feel as though you don't have to take responsibility for the actions of your fellows and the drunkards that represent your school. If a fight was going to "be picked" it would have been instigated by your fans. And I think you are quite lucky that Cheyney exercised restraint in all manners. Cheyney handled themselves accordingly and all faculty and administrators that were present attest to that.

Hell, I even wish the visiting team good luck when they take the court. Just last night, I shook hands with the Mansfield teams and their coaches. Unlike some, I show respect for visitors and that includes Cheyney.

I was not the mascot during the Cheyney Game. If I was, I would have shaken hands with the Cheyney team as well. It is a symbol of sportsmanship that I extend to even rival schools. I may root against them but in the end, we are all created equal.
As to most of the crowd, I think you are underestimating the amount of young adults that were there.

3. For all Millersville students that say Cheyney Univesity sucks in every sport is wrong. I am an athlete on the track team and I haven't been beating by a MU track member yet in all my years on the team. You guys better check the PSAC peformance list, and the rest of my team damn sure is not to be FUCKED with either. 2.Millersville started the fight. When CU chanted CU outside they meant it. Thats why they proceeded to walk out. Until a Millersville student ran on to the court(I believe it was the punk ass with the braids) and pushed a CU girls basketball team member. The CU athletic departs have no problem with sticking up for our fellow athletes, whether they are on a different team or not. So they decided right then and there to clean him up for his actions.

As a Millersville Alumni, I embarassed by this. I consider MU to be the highest quality state school, with students of the highest class. To act this is completely inexcusable.
To kward215: If you're proud of your school mates for traveling to MU and starting a fight over a basketball game, then you are a bankrupt individual. And it's nice of you to bring race into this. What if it was a black MU student that "got layed" (great grammar by the way) by a white Cheyney student; is that cool too?

Secondly, you are the one sounding like a real asshole, because you can't speak proper English. Use commas to separate thoughts and ideas in the same sentence so it doesn't seem as though all of your ideas are running together. This prevents what we learned people call a run-on sentence.

Looked to me that Cheyney got owned both during and after. MU Fans have enough class not to fight. We do have our morons that will fight but most students will not do so. Heck, even our fan group did not fight for they know what will happen to them if they did.

Look, I'm an MU student and seriously, things just got way out of hand. I was in the stands and loving every second of the taunting that went down throughout the game. It truly showed both CU's and MU's school pride and I wish it hadn't come down to this. Both these teams gave the fans an amazing basketball game. Cheyney and MU are both respectable schools and I look forward to the showdown in the next couple weeks between these two teams. Much respect to both my Marauders and the Wolves.

These schools are in my conference.. Not that I play. Cheyney sucks... at everything. Even their fans get beat up... almost happened at my school 3 years ago according to the friend that sent this to me.
