If you look at the match between Shawn Michaels and Mr. McMahon at WrestleMania 22, you see at one point where Mr. McMahon takes a direct chair shot to the skull. He didn't get hit in the back, and sell it like the guy in this video. He didn't get hit in the front and cover his face with his hands and forearms. HE GOT HIT DIRECTLY ON HIS HEAD!

This is an entertaining program, however, it's incorrect. A lot of wrestling is as painful as it appears, most of the "tricks" minimize long-term damage but not immediate pain. And, sometimes, it's as real as it looks (Undertaker vs. Foley Hell in a Cell, he threw Foley off the cell through a table, Foley lost some teeth and was KO'd. I believe he also suffered a concussion.)
