  • @ 0:52 1:40 1:51 2:00 3:00 ?

  • I think the officer was very brave, but he could have died. Usually officers wait for the firefighters to arrive.

  • Hello!Poor family, i am sad when I saw what it happened on the video but the rescue saved the boys father life and now his father are well now.

But I give it 5 star for good video!=)

The family are well after it happened.=)

    Greeting TheCARRE74=)

  • I have the same bed sheets.

  • That prayer obviously did not work so well, lol.

  • I dont think this anything that you should be joking about. How bout you deal with a house fire and get back to me about it.

  • What is she going back in the burning house???? Once you're out, stay out!

  • Comment removed

  • do they sleep in different beds, if not why didnt she wake him up once she noticed there was a fire, stupid wife.

  • where was the smoke alarms?

  • they obviously dnt have any

  • @ 1:47 @ 1:52 @ 1:55 ?

  • you never go in a burning home unless you now at your doing

  • did you notice the fire is always that same sound in every fire episode

  • hahhaha...hell yeah

  • yeah but their recreating most of these so theres gotta be some alterations

  • This kid is really mature.

  • Well said!

  • omg the son looks like his mom sooo much

  • What is potpourri?

  • a potpurri is somethin u light with a candle to give off incence with diffrent nice smells srry it took so long to reply but i hope that answeres your question

  • how come the woman didn't take her husband out of the house with her?

  • tried to get son out first. that was her train of thought

  • I think she was focused on getting her disabled aunt out of the house and didn't notice that her husband didn't follow her out of the bedroom.

  • Our Division Commander won an award for rescuing 3 young children from a house fire.

It's difficult getting children out of a burning building, b/c they hide from the fire thinking that will save them.

  • Yes that's true. They think it's something they can hide from and if it doesn't see them it won't get them.

  • 1:31 Why is the smoke hovering over the ground? That ain't right.

  • They probably used a fog machine to make fake smoke.

  • how do they make theses episodes

  • i buildt my own extention cord my sop teaher said it was safe for usage in my house it hasnt failed me yet in fact im using it with my laptop right now btw always check your ext cords like me

  • how would you check them?

  • just look at them to see if there is any melting or if the plastic is coming off and the actual wires are showing, thats not good..

  • I hope his mom learned by now NOT to go back in to a burning building.

  • Yeah there was a sad story on the news here recntly where a grandmother got out safely from a fire then went back in thinking her grandson was still in there but her husband had gotten the child out and she didn't know it and she died from the fire. So sad. They had all made it out safely but she went back in.

  • Andrew's mother made the biggest mistake ever: if your home is on fire, get out as fast as you can, then stay outside until fire units arrive. I know she wanted to find her husband Mike, but she should've stayed outside.

  • Watch the Trailer Fire one on 206. That episode sets an examble that smoke detectors are not foolproof.

  • i guest sometimes thay dont do job that thay

    are ment for

  • Only segment missing from this episode that is not on here is the segment after this.

It's the boy who chokes on the peas.

  • mr. allgood do you think there was an unaired first season segment that had the BLUE JEANS, ROOM ON FIRE scene?

  • I would say it's probably a deleted scene from an early fire segment, something unused from a docu segment. I don't think they would film a re-enactment without using it.

  • why not?

  • Re-enactments were probably more trouble and more expensive to film than docu segments. I doubt they choose not to air something they spent a lot of time and money making.

  • why is this called "potpourri fire save"?

  • A spark from the cord to the potpourri dish was what caused the fire.

  • thay needed to unplugged that potpourri crokpot if thay knew the cord on it has a

    short

  • Shatner actually said investigators found out the fire was caused by a spark in an extension cord....

  • faulty extension cord or not everybody know

you shoud not have a potpourri crockpot

running unintended even with the it off but plug in the unit is still energized and if

the unit happens to be faulty an eletrical

fire still brake out intel you have unplug it

  • Hey Allgood, I was wondering if you had the segment from this episode where a boy on rollerblades gets run over by a tractor-trailer truck. If you have that one, could you put it up when you get the chance?

  • I think it's a water truck actualy.

  • Yeah, thanks for reminding me. It's been a while since I have seen that segment. The sad part about it is that the boy got run over a day before his birthday.

  • Wearing the rollerblades he had gotten for his birthday.

  • Why is it called *Potpourri*?

  • wait m confused... wuz the dad's name mike or frank?

  • Mike

  • okay, cuz i coulda sworn the wife wuz yelling Frank to the house

  • I remeber that one

  • I do remember this: The little boy ran into his room and hid under his bed simply because he was scared of the fire. His mother knelt down under the bed, begging him to come with her. But he kept carrying on. Finally, she got him out, as the smoke and fire began to take over the house. Unfortunately, the boy suffered from severe burns, which required him to wear a mask.

  • Hmm. I would have grabbed him even if I hurt him and dragged him out.

  • I remember the boy hiding under the bed, but I thought that was from Chrystal's segment.

But then again, James(Chrystal's younger brother) ran out with Chrystal and Alicia(her sister) when it started.

I don't remember James running back inside to hide under the bed--the fire was too nasty by that time.

  • No, Muggle423. That segment aired in the Christmas episode from 1993.

  • Do you remember much about that segment? That's one of the ones I don't have. I saw it once a long time ago, but I don't remember a whole lot about it. I think I remember that the kid was on the floor, but he was hidden by the smoke.

  • It was one of the first episodes I saw. All the kids got out of the house, the little boy runs back in for a few seconds, the sister yells after him to come back, and then he comes running back out. The sister then runs down the street to where her mother is. And then I remember when the fire started, the older sister yells that there's a fire and the younger sister takes her time putting on her shoes before they all run out of the house.

  • rescue 911 house fire! rescue 79

fire truck 76 fire truck 77

ladder truck 78 grass truck 74 ambulice 44

    ambulice 43 ambulice 42!

  • oh cool! is this ep online?

  • No not yet.

  • rescue 911. fire house

    house fire!

7 station rescue truck 79 fire truck 77

fire truck 76 grass truck 74 ladder truck 78

ambulice 44! ambulice 43! house fire!

  • I've noticed that most rescue 911 that involves fire the people do not have fire alarms

  • I noticed that too. Or the smoke detectors weren't working properly.

  • If they had working fire alarms, it probably wouldn't turn into a situation that would be elligible for Rescue 911.

  • There are actualy some truly unusaul segments from 911::

That Jaws segment with the great white shark

or that Barracude that jumps on the boat to have that ladies arm for lunch

And the only football segment in the series: Mackenzie Philips who's dream was to play for the NFL like his dad!

  • extension cords aren't supposed to be use permanently, only temporary such as christmas and all should be inspected before use.

Allot of the fires show on Rescue 911 were electrical in nature.

  • Based on what I've seen in the show, electrical fires seem to be the ones that spread out of control the fastest.

  • Isn't there another segment with Chrystal saving her brother James, and sis Alicia when a fire starts while Chrystal is watching TV?

    Chrystal is a hero also!

  • Yep, that was from the same episode as the placenta previa segment.

  • I think it was from Blowing Rock, and her folks were down the street at their new house.

"The TV's dead, the phone's dead!"

One of the firemen taught fire saftey to Chrystal's class!

I do remember some of these that are NOT on here..!

  • Is that the one where the little brother ran back into the house cuz he thought his mommy was in there?

  • The little brother does run back into the house, but I don't remember if it was because he thought his mom was in there. I only saw the story from the 1993 Christmas episode once, so it might have been that one. I don't remember much about that segment, though.

  • I think he does yell "Mom, Mom!".

  • Thanks for the segment, allgood. Plus today is my birthday.

  • happy brithday

  • happy belated birthday

  • thanks

  • Great Segment allgood

  • Great segment!! Good work Mike!

  • And great bravery Andrew!

  • the fire ones always get to me! they're so so scary!

    Thanks allgood!!

  • speaking of fire segments, my favorite image in the intro of this show is BLUE JEANS, ROOM ON FIRE.
