she seems to have no strength in her moves.....like she is doing it just bevause she has to.....i'm working on chatanyara kusanku and i must say that it is very difficult to execute it well.
@QUARKIZATION ..... The "360 flip" has been modified over the years to what you see here. Its practicality and meaning is a sacrifice throw that leaves you on top of the opponent. I've actually used a sacrifice throw similar to the one used in that kata in multiple tournaments in Karate and Judo, but in karate when they hit the mat i have to follow up with a punch or i get penalized where in judo the sacrifice throw gets me the point.
great performance; she is accurate and timing i& rythm is good2. she goes deep down when performing jodan-uke and gedan-barai, different exec frrom nao morooko ( she does not) , which is MUCH more difficult to perform. good job !
This is the most difficult kata of the Shuri-te ryuha and she interprets and executes it beautifully. Exemplar of Ryukyu karate. Thanks for posting this clip.

Very nicely done indeed. Good ankles and very good knees really help in a kata like this! As usual Japanese women make this kata look very graceful.
