Anne is THE BEST. What a relief! I love her. Watch her every Sat morning and try her dishes on Sunday. Pay even mild attention to her and there's no need for a recipe. The tarte tatin rocks. I've used a traditional French recipe for years which is a huge hit, simple and fabrulous. This one kicks it up with equal ease.
