Hello... bud... great vid... however, you'd do better if Marina from 'Hot for words' did yer into's..and a few interim shots.

This advice you give, is not found in books or classrooms but its way more than vital information for any contractor...Ive had a lot of the bad customers you describe.. I get a mere 10% in advance, then 75%!! when I deliver the materials..on a three day contract.. Second day is for cashing the check. then I finish. If they get nasty I can leave without loss
