Man you don't need your degree now, but there's a very high probability that you will in the future. Learn and do want you want to now. Later it'll be a lot harder to learn even if you have the means to do so.

I think you can always forgive, which isn't to say you stay with them, I may break up with my girlfriend because know I can never trust her again thus can't maintain a healthy relationship but still forgive her for what she did. It's just a logically method of letting go of what happened so it doesn't weigh on you're mind. Not at all to say that it's easy, though it is ultimately beneficial to yourself to forgive because not doing so only hurts yourself.

I agree a lot, and I love that you seem to respect religion. Forgiveness is a big thing, but in that case I also don't think you should take them back (unless you somehow have that 100% certainty). Also, you can forgive them but still not take them back. Like not holding a grudge, or if anybody did you wrong. If you forgive them, it's done but you've learned from it. Trust can be broken. Well i got an answer to that. Unfortunatly that happened to me. My girlfirned cheated on me with her ex and then dumped me for him. almost 1 month later she comes crying and begging. Not only me but my friends and everything. She eve tried to kill her self because she felt dirty and a slut.So she left the other guy for me. She almost kill her self for me. You actually don't know if you would be doing something different having a PHD because there is a LOT of knowledge that you don't have, so at same time there are LOT of oportunities that you don't have cause of that. You can create them, but is a lot harder. Good vid.

For someone with relativly little or no experience talking to the opposite sex is always told as a solution to be themselves and be confident, but for that very same person if they somehow become confident and are comfortable with themselves, how are they suppose to approach the opposite sex, especially for younger said persons, ie highschoolers middle schoolers or even those still in college. im only asking becuase most people that fall into this category dont really know these answers.

@TTScare Most people that ask that want a formula for successful interaction, but that is always dependent upon the person you are interacting with, so there is none. The reason that what you stated is true is that often people let fear of rejection stop then from even trying to introduce themselves. Sometimes even the ones that reject you at first come around if see who people really are because usually that rejection is based on an assumption or preconceived notion in the first place.

@TTScare And also the reason for for being comfortable and happy with yourself first is that if you aren't, no one else is likely to be interested in something you don't feel good about, and if you become someone you aren't for the sake of someone else liking you, you likely aren't going to like yourself (and then probably end up back at the first point eventually too... ) Most of us have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a Prince, so you have better odds if you don't die of frog lips

You actually don't know if you would be doing something different having a PHD because there is a LOT of knowledge that you don't have, so at same time there are LOT of oportunities that you don't have cause of that. You can create them, but is a lot harder. Good vid.

So Daan, you say you didn't see the point in a Masters in philosophy or whatever it was and decided to just stick with what you're doing currently. Over in the US people would probably call you crazy. Is that just a mentality over here? Only the best make it? Is there more opportunity over there for people without degrees?
