  • YEP That's ME !! How are you doin, Ike ?

  • @williamg2552

    I'm cool, William.

Did you see those riots here in my twon on TV last week?

  • Let's be clear here. For almost 50 years, people have been making the mistake that THE FAMOUS FLAMES was the name of JAMES BROWN'S BAND. !!! WRONG!!! The FAMOUS FLAMES are a SINGING GROUP...NOT A "BAND". James Brown's BAND was called just that...THE JAMES BROWN BAND. THE FAMOUS FLAMES, BOBBY BYRD, BOBBY BENNETT, and LLOYD STALLWORTH are right next to JAMES at 0:05. People like MACEO PARKER, FRED WESLEY,JABO STARKS, and ST.CLAIR PINCKNEY are BAND MEMBERS...NOT FAMOUS FLAMES.

  • Where is 'Out of Sight'? (Ike, you're slipping.....LOL!)

  • I must be slipping? Hell no! Somebody must have hacked into my account, re-edited this video and removed the "Out Of Sight" performance. There is no other explanation!

  • This shows that Mr. Brown wasn't afraid to pay homage to other artists by performing their big songs, as evidenced by his pereforming Jr. Walker's 'Shotgun'.
