I had a small lump/black-head behind my shoulder that I wanted bigger so I stuck a dirty needle into it. That thing got so big/infected so quickly it had grown to the size of a golf ball over a couple of days. Lets just say when it came time to squeeze that sucker it was an extremely impressive sight to behold! chunky bits of blood/puss shot out all over the bathroom mirror and left quite an indentation. Mission accomplished!...1st and last time I try that.
