good it never happened we already know what happened.1 owner died of aids another got in trouble for drugs and financial club transactions and a bunch of dancers died of aids and famous people did drugs and sex at the clubs,so theres your movie
@rockbird10 For 2:02, yeah, ya right. In a clearer video of this on this same Youtube page, there is another shot with a different pose and it's clearly not the beautiful Miss Harry. Thanks for helping me on this.
Donna Summer recorded some songs that were supposed to be on that soundtrack as well! They should have dropped a lot of those pop disco tracks (which were already available on many compilations) and especially that horrible remake of "Knock On Wood" (not sung by Amii Stewart) and put this and some other new stuff on it!
being a Blondie fan right from the start , I was impressed when they reunited and out Maria - but almost embaressed at some of the other material that got approved for release - yet found a perfectly beautiful song by Paul Cabonnara " such a fine day" was disgarded. Lots of shit relaesed on Curse of Blondie and like this song at Studio 54 - alot of great work thrown by the way side!
i agree and disagree with you....i dont know how most of the songs from "no exit" go approved for release...and songs such as this just put aside and ignored...but the songs on the Curse of Blondie are actually really good (good boys, hello joe,end to end, diamond bridge)...ill always be a blondie fan no matter what!
@lloydsk I had the longer version on my old computer. After "It's so dark in here." She says, " Are we in the basement?...I wanna go to the basement...Let's go down to the basement" Then the music kicks back up and there's another verse. It's been years since I heard the full version.

@Amberzone No, not to my knowledge. In fact, I thought it was taped at a disco on 57th St. called The Ice Palace.

I revealed this track on occasion, exactly - due to my love to Duran Duran. I like this track very much. Was it officially released?

Yes, it is Saint Olivia at 1:54
I think 2:02 is just a random party goer.

Is that Olivia Newton John at 1:54?

Nice work, and I agree this could have been a great dance floor hit (and maybe even a chart hit) for Blondie.
