And where did you get the 99.99999% from? Id love to see what study. Gang graffiti i agree is defacing property and retarded. But have you seen the murals done by aerosol artists? Many on legal walls, even on canvas. Its beautiful
I agree with you in terms of some of the art being very nice, and i completely advocate legal spraying in delegated areas. In regards to my 99.999% figure, i obviously made that up, however i dont think there would be many tax payers out there who are happy paying increased tax rates to resolve the problem of illegal graffiti. It costs us a fortune to clean it all up.
