Ok i can prove that "The Infected" do exist but not as humans, think about diseases like RABIES. It makes a living thing get sick and full of rage, and it can infect others by biting them with saliva or their blood gets on them. So if rabies adapts so that it does the same to humans imagine what could happen, nuff said.

@clonetrooper5001 The Zombie heads were from the Harry Potter minifig 'Troll' from the Troll in the Dungeon set. You can buy the minifig parts individually on the website bricklink - Lego have just started making an official collectors Zombie minifig which will be appearing in my next film.

Actually nope, sorry, Pine Creek was just a name I came up with, I wanted to try and think of something that sounded a bit like a Stephen King, Maine town name. I've never played any of the GTA games, so that is a coincidence. And the shovel was included as a mini homage to a friends Brick film that is awesome called Shovelman. It is worth a watch very funny shovel action.

How Do You Use The effects from detonation films in lego movies. say like how did you position it on old bens firewood?

You need to have a video editing program that lets you have multiple video tracks running, so you can overlay chroma key tracks over the top of the main video track. Once you have that, you just need to resize and position the chroma key track into place. It sounds hard but it isn't really, once you have a decent program.

There where some shots with the 4000 and then some later on with the 9000 plus 1st time experimental with green screening. Also I have since improved my lighting set up which will also greatly improve the quality of the next film. I also noticed that when YT switched to HD some of the older films there were already online, suffered.

Thanks, very difficult being a full time Dad and finding the time to spend on Stop Mo' - especially during the Summer Holidays. In September my boys start school full time, then I will have a bit more time to start my filming again. I have the second part (which is also the last part) of this to film and then I have another film which is what I really want to do, which has all the voice lines done already and should be finished by the end of the year for sure.I also have tutorials to do.

Seriously ! - OK, clearly I put a 12 Cert on this film for that very reason. If you are honestly offended by that appropriate use of a very mild swear word then should you really be using YouTube at all. There a lot more videos here that are far worse than this. I tried to be responsible by clearly placing a voluntary age certificate on this film, if you still find it offensive then you really shouldn't be watching.

The wall sections are actually from the Mega Bloks set, DNA Lab (get it 2nd hand on eBay now) the rest of the rare pieces were all bought on a fantastic website called Bricklink. You can buy individual Lego items there new or used and very good prices, cheaper than eBay or the official Lego sites

That is a very good question. What you need is a video editing program that allows you to have separate tracks for the audio and video, then you need a recording of foot falls that match your walk cycle. I use a walk cycle style created by a guy called Hali, with 7 frames to complete a single walk cycle. Filmed at 15 frames a second you basically two steps per second of film duration. Then you need a sound effect that matches that speed. Then synch them in within your film editor

The campsite bases at 1:52 are Mega Bloks from the Dragon sets they do and the wall sections are Mega Bloks as well from their set Alien DNA Lab, no longer available but you can get it on eBay.

wow that was awesome, mostly because of great animation and the ability to scare the crap out of people while it is still freaking humorous. I got scared at the part with that woman who jumped on our hero, but i nearly laughed my butt off, when he rolled over a zombie in his barrel, and that fart sound :D Voice acting could be improved though. (Trust me i know its hard!) other then that 5/5!

Thanks, I used a number of things, the axe head injury with the blood spurt was a purchased effect from the Detonation Films website. It is a pre chroma keyed blood effect from a collection of blood spurt styles. Obviously the other was red PlayDoh, which I used because it gave the effect I wanted and easier to apply during the barrel roll/squash scene.
