Actually, the new freedom tower will be taller than the CN tower. Also, Chicago is working on a couple of new skyscrapers that will both be taller as well.

The Freedom Tower is planned to be 1776 feet tall (fittingly). The CN Tower is higher than 1800 feet tall. So while the Freedom Tower will be the tallest in the country (I think, not sure on the exact height of the Sears Tower), it won't really break any world records. And the Burj Dubai is already more than 2000 feet tall and still incomplete.

I live in San Diego and have been to New York once. It was one of the greates places I have ever been. Never gets boring and there is thousands of things to see or do. Not to mention the history and the architecture. We San Diegans don't really have tall structures so New York was mind blowing. NY is a great city!

Not forgetting these so called cultures in the US may not have seen their original country for 100+ years. How is that authentic? Italians/French/Indians living in London may have only come over 30 years ago, that means its alot more likely their culture be more accurate to what it actually is.
