ive been to every tour since '95 and the 2003 tour was and still is by far my favorite. there was just something about it

Brilliant! I was there too, my first R.E.M. gig! And this is such a highlight for me as I actually requested this song by email to REMhq. I know they really played it after another fan bumped into to Peter on the street that day and asked him if they'd play it, but I still like to tell myself my email made the difference! And to think it hadn't been played in 18 years!

@boomers86 Hi there, I was that fan! I saw them before the show and requested it. (I have evidence from a radio interview a few months after where Peter says Happy Birthday to me and recounts the tale)
