Man i beat this game in all difficulties my Ultimate playthrough was 3hr 54min 34sec!! try beating that n just for proff i'll be putting it up soon! and the Altaier costume is available through the whole game it does come off in the begining but u can just put it back on again.

To get it legitimately.

You must get 50 knife kills and slit 50 throats, which are the same thing. You also must be detected less than 25 times.

You acctually need to Get at least 50 knife kills or stuns, and use CQC 50 or more times while getting less than 25 Alert phases, and the Password hasn't been released. But the costume's easy enough to get anyway, if you put forth the effort.

You mean you slit their throats? It works. If you are choking them then you're doing fine. Difficulty would be any except Liquid difficulty.
